Nice restroom

Yes, no instructions on how to call front desk in room, I called the hotel with my cell phone and no one spoke english, to assist me, all I wanted was to have a wake up call, and all I receive was 1 hang up, 1 transfer, and 10 minutes of waiting on phone.

We went for an event and had a very nice room. Super comfy beds and nice and ample facilities. The breakfast was super nice. Check in and check out was smooth and the price is also OK. All in All a place to go. Out of the Historic Center but perfect.

Nice high-end hotel to end my Camino with. Good masseuse.

It’s a bit out of the city, but on the Camino (so I could sit on a terrace in a nearby restaurant right on the Camino, eating a hearty plate of Ibérico pork, and greet the throng of Pilgrims as they walked by towards Santiago.

Good location with free parking outside. Short walk into the city centre

The room, the views the gym the bed, the wifi conexion, all the facilities are amazing. The food could be better.

The dinner in the restaurant could be better.

Perhaps one of my favourite hotels of our two week visit to the Iberian peninsula in consecutive years. Great facilities, comfortable spacious room with everything we needed. The hotel is a short distance from a bus route into town and to the airport if req’d. Staff are exceptional throughout and a credit to the hotel.

Our friends booked the same hotel in advance within 24 hours of our booking and paid a little more than us. On arrival, a family arrived on spec and got a room cheaper than us so the variation with dynamic pricing is off putting.

The swimming pool was great

It feels like you are on an industrial sight , but actually only a short walk and you are near cafes and bars

We liked the room, beds, bathroom, room facilities, foyer, staff, pool, garden, snacks at bar, and prices.

The property was immaculately clean and the staff very friendly and professional. Eva was so lovely and made our stay a pleasure. They even helped me find my phone left in a taxi.

Expensive parking and we experienced problems accessing and leaving the car park. The staff were very good though in helping with these problems.Not impressed with the hot food provided as part of the breakfast buffet.

Excellent location off the main road from the airport. Check in was quick. Room was a good size and the beds were large and comfortable.

Breakfast was expensive for what it was, could have been better. The pool was nice but would have been better if it was open earlier for a pre-work swim and towels provided for the pool.

What was most unsettling, however, was that on multiple occasions — both during the night and early in the morning — someone tried to enter my room without notice or explanation. In some cases, it seemed to be hotel staff, but no prior warning was given, and there was no knock or apology afterward. It made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable throughout my stay.

Perfect place to stay after completing the 40 day Camino walk. Love the room service,friendly helpful staff and bath.
