Very close to the train station. Cleanliness and friendly staff.

Very nice hotel. I short 20 minute walk to the main centre. Large room. Very clean. Friendly helpful staff. I liked the fridge in the room. Very close to some excellent grocery stores.

I wish you had at least one TV station in English. Only Spanish stations. AC would have been nice

It was convenient to walk from the train/ bus station, and only a short walk to the historic area. The bathroom had a large vanity which is nice for keeping toiletry bags easily accessible. Grocery store is next door.

The staff was helpful and caring! Great location near historic center and the train station. Rooms were clean and comfortable!

We loved this hotel but the buffet breakfast was expensive and didn’t try it.

Great staff, nice room (although I booked two rooms, I ended up with a smaller room than the additional room I booked for a friend which seemed odd), clean, relatively quiet, great shower, good breakfast, massage in the hotel.

I thought I requested double beds but was given two twins.

The location was good for access to the cathedral, cafes, etc. The room was adequate in size, as we had booked a triple room and the third bed gave us extra space. All in all an adequate room. Also, there is a nice grocery store right next door.

Good location, good facilities. Most personnel is very helpful and friendly.

There are no fans in the bathroom so mold and mildew grows in shower stall. Some checking personnel does not speak English which is incomprehensible for a hotel this size in city with so many international visitors.

Hotel Gelmírez is in an excellent location, just a short walk from both the train/bus station and the city centre. The hotel is clean and modern, offering a comfortable stay. The staff are friendly and welcoming, making it a very good choice for visitors.

Location - walk to old town & train/bus station. Comfortable bed. Near cafes, restaurants & shops. Ample hanging space for clothes. Fridge was good. Staff were friendly.

Bathroom had non-slip tiles on floor and walls, however bath was slippery. Asked for a non-slip mat, but none were available so was given an extra towel (did help in climbing in & out of bath for someone with short legs). I held on to wall while having a shower to stop slipping.Some guests were noisy early in the morning and late at night (even after midnight) - not hotel's fault.

Room was not soundproof enough from the road noise and neighbors noise. Staff was demotivated and uninterested. Construction gave you the feel of being outdated. Breakfast was much below medium. All this does not correspond to the price we paid

It was a modern, simple and clean hotel in a good location (easy short walk into the historic centre). The bedroom was a good size and the bathroom was fine.

It lacked character and felt impersonel. Althought to be fair it is used by a lot of pilgrim walkers who have reached their final Camino destination and are just in need of a comfortable nights sleep I'd imagine! We didn't opt for the breakfast as there are so many cafes around.

A large group of us had just walked the Camino. The hotel was easy to get to from the Cathedral, had a good breakfast and we were able to stay for two days! Even better, it is walking distance (down hill) to the train station. That was a great bonus as we headed out on our vacation post Camino! Great people, clean and all at a good price. I would stay here, again. Not right in the Cathedral square ....but easy to walk to.

Clean, modern building with standard hotel rooms in location that is very near train station and easy walking distance to central attractions. Not a lot of character but met our needs. Staff were kind and helpful.
