Great location for an easy 20 minute walk into Santiago Old Town. Comfortable room. Breakfast at added cost but reasonable priced

No facilities in room to make hot drink. No facilities/ drink machine available to make hot drink from 10:30am until 4pm when bar opened. Safe available in room but had to pay for use.

Clean , room is big for one person

It took us 30min to find it, the address indicated in booking is around 50m-100m to the real location. I

Very nice hotel in Santiago de Compostela. Friendly staff.Very good breakfast with superbe choice which started already at 7 a.m. (not at 8 a.m. like at many other hotels). this is very helpful if you need to start work early.I would definitifely come back for my next stay.

Nothing to mention here. I really liked it.I was surprised that the window can be fully opened at 6th floor.

Location and conditions are excellent, very comfortable and clean

15 m2 room size is a little bit small for two people, but for short term stay it’s Ok

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel atmosphere is very pleasant, and the breakfast choices are good. The room was very clean.

There could be clothes racks in the room's entry area. I would like it more if the bathroom doors were solid and not glass ones like those from a shower.

Requested on booking a lower floor room, which receptionist confirmed was on system but had not been actioned.No notification when booking that pool would be closedWorse bit was we had dinner in the restaurant, there were a couple of big parties and all staff attention was on them. We were offered no drinks and even when we caught someone's attention they then didn't bother to bring drinks. There was little choice of food left, all fish had gone and no options offered.

Excellent breakfast. Lovely staff and very clean. Easy access to city. Lovely balcony and view.

Kettle and tea making facilities would have been nice. Not clear when bar was open.

Property was clean, on the Camino route. Good breakfast. Nice to be able to sit in the gardens.

Rooms were warm, air conditioning didn’t work very well so had to have window open. Garbage was collected at 3am and in busy road so didn’t get a good nights sleep. Booked the hotel for the swimming pool after the Camino but despite it being 27 degrees when we arrived it had already been closed for the season. Wasn’t cheap so was disappointed to find no tea-coffee making facilities were available and apart from room service you couldn’t get a drink in other parts of the hotel till 4pm.

I booked the hotel for a stay on my birthday with my wife so we could use the pool. The pool closed on my birthday and I couldn’t use it or even sit around it. Despite it being offered as a feature when i booked it.

Good slightly out of town environment, easy walking distance to old town, cathedral etc. helpful reception. Great breakfast. Private parking.

Beds quite hard. Large bathroom-wet room - no way to mop up afterwards except to use towels. Pool closed first week of October despite nice weather. Could upgrade cleaning- drink rings on bedside tables, obvious spills and crumbs at breakfast table.

The staff are incredible - big shout out to Luis & Miguel who worked in the restaurant as well as Eric & Claudia on front desk! All so nice and so attentive . They made me feel so comfortable, safe and cared for!

The pool was freezing cold. Food not available until 8pm.

Paula at the front desk is excellent. She is professional, friendly and goes out of her way to help.

The restaurant is not yet open for dinner, only room service.

Staff were extremely helpful and nice. Lovely rooms with pool view. Dinner was lovely.

Perfect spot to stay upon finishing our camino. Good local restaurants, close to downtown, easy trip to the airport.

Lovely pool area

4 star hotel but no Netflix or Prime, only Spanish TV. No pool side service or cafe open after 12pm. On a busy road - you'll see it on your last walk to the cathedral if you are on the Portugese Way.

Excellent hotel. Best that we stayed in during our multi-day Portugal/Spain trip.Extremely clean and well maintained.Room we stayed in was for 3 and the extra bed was tucked very nicely into an area by itself.Small but comfortable.Walkable to old town area and convenient buses as well.Free parking was great.

Bathroom had opaque, unlocking, glass door, so no privacy.Wifi was really slow (front desk appeared to be aware and mentioned some upgrades happening soon - but was not good for our stay)
