Lovely room, very clean and comfortable beds

A bit far from the centre when the shuttle bus only runs later in the day. Taxis were easy to come by.

We stayed in a villa in the hotel, which provided us with a sitting area with fridge and TV and our bedroom, we were able to park our car outside our villa. The staff were excellent and due to the weather conditions, ate at the hotel bar. We took the shuttle bus into Santiago more than once during our stay and the driver was super helpful with tips and even dropped us off at the station one morning - we were the only guests on the bus. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

This is a lovely very well run hotel with super helpful and friendly staff. A perfect place to relax and indulge after completing walking the Via de la Plata and Camino Sanabres. Good to see the relatively recent addition of electric car chargers.

I was very disappointed by the damp dark ‘apartment/villa duplex 2163 I was given. I specifically chose, booked and paid for in advance, for a double room. The unpleasant smell was throughout the duplex and the bathroom in particular smelt of drains. I couldn’t sleep at all because of this. Travelling alone I also felt insecure in the duplex. I couldn’t wait to get out of the accommodation. I was bitterly disappointed as I’d been looking forward to a 4 star experience

Nice hotel, comfortable, clean, and breakfast was excellent.

The location of this hotel is terrible if you want to explore Santiago and don't have a car. Public transport is too far away and while they offer a free transfer service it's times are limited and also there is no service on a Sunday, the one day we wanted to use it. It's a pity but the location would make me not recommend to anyone unless you have a car.

Nothing in terms of facilities thought the breakfast was a bit overpriced at €17 but its a small thing.

Booked this hotel as a treat after walking the Camino. The main hotel area was lovely – bright and fresh. We stayed in a villa, which felt a bit dark and dated with a slight smell, and could really benefit from a brighter interior. On the plus side, the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection, and the shuttle service into the city centre was really convenient. Reception staff were all friendly and helpful, and the terrace views over the gardens and towards the city were fantastic.”

Great free minibus into the city centre - although this is busy so you need to turn up early to get a seat. The bar has a lovely outdoor terrace

The gym was very small with just one treadmill and the rowing machine didn’t work

The air conditioning wasn’t working properly (summer in Spain is hot, it was 32 C outside). We reported it, and maintenance came to check it. They told us it couldn’t get any colder than it already was (around 26°C). The next day they checked it again, but all they did was increase the fan speed, repeating that it couldn’t get any colder. Once again, the air coming out was about 26°C, which for us feels warm.At reception, they told me, “It’s cool outside! Just open the window,” which I find unacceptable for a 4 star hotel with air conditioning, it should be able to cool the room to at least 20°C.No compensation was offered for the inconvenience, I ask for a fan and they offer me a small heater which could be use as a fan, not an option

Use this hotel as last stop before flying back after exploring Galicia. Pool was good for the kids - but packed. We managed to get some sun beds and some shade but it was at a premium. We stayed in one of the villas - kids downstairs in the lounge and we were upstairs in the bed room. Very US feel to the room and the reception - not a bad thing just an observation. Had a great dinner with the view over looking Santiago as the sun went down.

I’m having to be picky here - sun beds not enough in shade and they do a shuttle bus to the city centre but not one to the airport - it taxi was 10mims and the hot one booked for us very quickly. Really not negatives!

Suite room was comfortable and large but was old school. Room was very quiet. Bed super comfortable. Pool area was nice. Breakfast had good choices, dinner was excellent - went for the set menu which was one of the best meals of our trip. There was a park allocated to our suite but we didn’t use it.

No coffee maker in room. Thought we had outside space but was a little conservatory opening on to the rear drive. Hotel felt a bit remote from town. There were shuttles though.
