    Pros +

    • Everything, rooms are clean and modern. Owner was very accommodating and kind.
    • The location was perfect, a few minutes walk from the cathedral. The room was very clean, comfortable, and cozy, I felt really relaxed there and rested very well. It was nice and quiet. I stayed there 2 nights after completing my Camino and it was just the best choice and the best experience. I would definitely recommend it.
    • The location was near the cathedral and close to plenty of places to eat (or shop). The room was clean and comfortable. They have an elevator.

    Cons -

    • I prefer on-site staff, but the person who was my contact on WhatsApp was extremely helpful and responsive. Not sure I could've gotten any better service with an on-site person.
    • If the property could send their WiFi info ahead of time…then when we end up at the door we can actually get online to receive the messages with codes to door and room. Some of us do not have EU calling plans!!!
    • Dark hall climbing from first floor to second floor. Though the stairs have green lights identifying them it really isn’t clear where the lip of the stair is!

The location was just a few minutes from the Cathedral and on a Main Street - mostly pedestrian. Lots of bars, restaurants and other small stores. We also liked the Vin Nomade tapas win bar on the main floor. Francisco was great and the food was excellent. I loved the grilled octopus. It is a very small place but my room on the 2nd floor had a huge hearth that was quite unique. There is a small elevator.

We had quite a bit of trouble with my friend’s room. Frankly we both had trouble pre-checking in because the button didn’t work and the web address (in case you couldn’t use the button) had been deleted. I had What’s App so was eventually able to email her and get my code for the main door and then for my room. My friend could not. We had to call and the woman didn’t speak English so we had to text her and eventually she gave us my friend’s room number and her code. However the code didn’t work, so we had to spend more time getting ahold of her again and she changed the code. After that things went pretty well although on our last night there it was quite noisy outside the windows.

The location is prime. The property was clean and beautiful. All of the necessities were on hand, and the host even provided a complimentary snack. Communication was prompt. I expected noise, given the busy restaurant below, but there was none at all. The restaurant was lovely too, even storing my bag so I could explore the city empty-handed after check out.

    Nothing at all.

Awesome location. Our place was on the back (quiet side) of the building and it was great. Loved the extra big bath towels

The location is fantastic and in the middle of everything. The property is lovely with a very nice room that has everything you might need. Very clean and the staff is great. Others found it loud but we had no problems and were there a Friday night.

The checking in process is a little complicated as booking doesn’t allow the link they send to check in.

location and facilitiws were amazing!! elevator. nice and thoughtful staff. bico gelateria a couple of doors down

a little niisy as it's above a vinoteca/tapas place and in the center of a busy area. self checkin

Central location in the old town. Very close to the Cathedral.Good sized room with extra touches such as muffin and juice in room for breakfast. Also had a kettle. Very clean and comfortable.

Had to enter through the restaurant/bar. Was a little noisy if facing the street.Required internet to get entry codes and to know if the room was ready. A little difficult if only relying on wifi.

Superb location. Spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. Hosts were very helpful.

    Nothing, it was all great.

Exactly what we expected and gaining access via codes provided was very straightforward despite arriving very late at night. Lovely coffee, and orange juice, water and a small muffin left for breakfast. Decor is charming and bathroom great. Location was right in the old town and a 15 minute walk to the bus station.

This was my 6th time in Santiago, and I’ve stayed at various hotels in the old town after walking the Camiño - but this one is the best! It’s incredibly central, yet surprisingly quiet after midnight. The room had air conditioning, which I really appreciated since it was quite chilly during my stay.I loved the minimalistic yet comfortable interior, the perfect location, smooth communication, and the thoughtful touch of umbrellas available to borrow. Highly recommend.

Location was excellent close to everything including the cathedral, laundry, pilgrim office, restaurants and bars. The room was modern with great amenities (coffee, pastry, and toiletries)

Amazing location, large modern room, very good instructions. Excellent

Lovely location and great value for money!

It's loud! Be aware if you are Street side, it's very loud on the weekend!

    9ClairePosted on: 11-28-2024

The staff were very helpful. I lost a personal item and although they weren't able to find it they were extremely helpful and communicative in trying. The hotel is very central in a lovely part of Santiago, above a nice restaurant. I liked the PIN code check in.
