My wife and I come to Santiago quite often and we always stay here. It's a friendly personalised boutique hotel of the highest order. The rooms are a decent size, the service is first rate - I really can't find anything negative to say about the place.

I can't think of anything I'd like changed.

If I had to mention something, very minor, it would be the room view, which is mostly a matter of luck.

The location is great!

My room wasn’t nearly as nice as those shown on in the photos, there wasn’t much sound separation from the hallway and the plumbing made loud and strange sounds.

It was a beautiful room and a wonderful way to have some self care after 22 days on the Camino. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was a great location and very clean.

Great location - close to the church and center of everything.

The air conditioning didn’t work. It’s very small. Very old and out of date. Wood is warped. Staff were almost helpful and friendly.

The first room they gave me was awful. Like a basement room with a tiny porthole-sized window that I had to step on an ottoman to reach and I had to use my backpack to hold it open. The a/c also did not work and the room smelled slightly of sewer. The night clerk did her best to help and tried to find a fan and I was switched to a very nice room the next day.

It is very centrally located in close to the cathedral, restaurants, nice shops, and historic sites

For the price paid and being put in a room with no windows when the pictures showed that there will be one does not leave a good experience.

A little slice of heaven after completing the Camino. The location is perfect - close to the cathedral, shops and restaurants. The staff were super helpful and kind. Our room was clean, welcoming and comfortable. Even though the property was on a relatively Main Street, inside we heard no noise.
