- Room was clean and staff was very helpful.
Cons -
- Distant from cathedral. Loud Rokus outside. Not restful. Not very secure.
- Old, dirty, grungy, thin walls, cheap linens and towels, very cheap renovation, cost should have been 1/3 of what we paid based on so many other hotels we've enjoyed in Spain. We chose this because it was en route to the airport but it was a shame this was our last memory in Spain because it honestly felt like a hotel rented by the hour in South America.
- To save money or to be eco friendly the hotel restricted hot water. Thus the shower experience with relatively tepid water was not fulfilling. How would you like a shower without hot water?

They had an available room.

Friendly, attentive, and accommodative staff.

the rooms were a little bit smelly.the lady in reception didn't speak English at all and didn't want to make the effort of ordering a taxi.
Good value in busy location (in main bus line), on the camino route. Good place to check in and ditch the pack for completing a camino
It is 4km from the old town, cathedral
Really convenient to the airport. The bus stops right in front of the door. The hotel is really basic but good enough for a night’s stay. Dated but comfortable and clean. There’s a cafe/bar downstairs that serves food.
The staff works at the bar and they wouldn’t call a taxi for me to go to the airport, and I couldn’t take the bus because I didn’t have cash (and you have to pay cash to get on the bus). They also wouldn’t let me pay the 1 euro fee for the bus at the hotel or at the cafe (added to my bill and paid by card) and give me the 1 euro in cash, so I was basically stranded in the middle of nowhere. There’s an atm a few blocks away but take that into account so that you don’t miss your flight (or bring cash) heheh
Restaurant part of hotel. This was a winner.
Staff friendly and very helpfull.
It was fairly comfortable. Loved the shower.
Needed a fan.
fair price and good value ..easy bud ride to airport and town
bed not very comfortable
The bus stop for number 6 bus into the city was on the doorstep and the fare was €1. Our room was very quiet. The cafe beside the hotel was handy although we didn’t use it on this visit.
It was the end of the summer season and the towels were a little jaded however it didn’t spoil our stay.
v nice hotel clean and comfortable for short stay ..has cafe and bar onsite and helpful and friendly staff . on bus route 6 to city centre and bus route 6a to airport for 1 eur ..walk in 45 mins to city taking shortcut .kept our luggage day we were leaving as had late flight ..lot of restaurants nearby for eating and always got my cup of tea in restaurant..at 10pm as us irish love our tea...
nothing really as good valu for short stay ..Maybe the TV has no English channels ..
Friendly staff, excellent location to bus station, close to some restaurants and coffee shops. The restaurant of the hotel also very nice.
Nothing, all was good.
Close by were I had to go,also front desk was great let me check in early because of my plane arrival ,recommended clean and grate service
This was situated along the Camino on our way to Santiago.
The price on the night was grossly overpriced due to the Ed Sheeran Music concert. If we had known how poor the facilities would be and if we had received a message to explain in advance why a one star hotel could price a room for €280 plus, we would have searched elsewhere. There was no option of a breakfast as the dining room was closed on the Sunday morning. When we asked for a fan for our room there was none available.Decor is tired and dated. This place could be upgraded with some thought.
Great location, easy to get there by bus from airport and relaxed atmosphere. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious with good shower. Centre is easily accessible with large shopping centre nearby.
We found no fault.
Very friendly staff.Good amenities and bar/ restaurant with value food A pleasant .30 to 40 minutes walk along the Camino into the centre of Santiago.( bus stop 6 stop outside hotel).Motorcycle safely garaged on site.Great visit.
Nothing significant.
Good location and plenty places to eat near by.
A constant smell of cigarettes in a hall. And it wasn't cleaned properly. Found some hair in the bathroom and some random dirt.
Stayed for just one night, friendly staff and clean, comfortable room. Excellent location, perfect for late flights from airport.
