Felt luxurious! Helpful, friendly and professional staff. Very clean.

Staff was nice

Bed was very uncomfortable, room was hot, a/c not working properly. Shower would turn hot all of a sudden causing to burn your skin. Room floor was not that clean.

Great hotel, location is a bit far away from city center, but it's a plus if you seek quiet place. Hotel located in the shopping mall, so you have a lot of shops and supermarket in 1 min from you. Very helpful staff, helped a lot with navigation and transportation in the city.

A well stocked supermarket and self service laundry within the mall.Able to accommodate bike storage. Try the local restaurant "Restaurante O Afiador", much cheaper than the ones at the Cathedral.

Didnt request for a street view and the air con doesn't work.

Comfortable beds and good shower.

Machine coffee for breakfast is an awful way to start the day.

Room spacious and clean. Staff were helpful. A suburban location.

No bar or restaurant. Nowhere to eat on our first night. A small place across the road came up trumps.

Hotel had parking and the receptionist Juan was very helpful I. Explaining how to get into the secure area . Also we had difficulty getting out of the the garage and once again he was so helpful in sorting out the problem and getting another member of staff to help us , he spoke very good English which was a bonus . He was gem !

Clean place but I had a very unconfortable cold night in the room without heat.

Not acceptable to have no heat on when in the night temperature drops to 44 F degrees.

Huge vibration running through the building at all hours. I changed rooms once but had to leave for the airport 5 hours early to get away from the noise. Would not recommend this hotel!

Service, front desk person was quite courteous and helpful, good price for the accommodation, great location.

Great view of the park. Clean well appointed bath with soaps. Nice concierge/desk staff, easy check in and out.

The bedroom was very close to the lift and it was very noisy throughout the night.

The staff were fantastic! Mini-fridge in room & located in the mall with grocery store was a huge treat.

A comfortable stop after a long wet Camino. It would be possible to do everything you need to without going outside. The hotel is part of a new mixed development with flats, restaurants a supermarket and laundromat

It is about 20 minutes walk from the old town but if you’ve walked 100km or more then an extra couple should be easy. It is cheaper than most every thing similar in the old town

Location was nice, situated in a shopping mall with supermarket and some restaurant/cafes was amazing, the room was quiet and comfy. The view of the room facing Carlo Magno Park, very relaxing. Staff very kind and helpful.

Clean and quiet. Part of a mall with an excellent and inexpensive restaurant with bacon and eggs for breakfast!

It had no restroom in the lobby requiring either climbing several flights of stairs or waiting for the small elevator.
