    Cons -

    • July 28 during breakfast we were requested to move to a smaller room due to plumbing issues that were not visible to us. Our only compensation was free breakfast. The hotel does not provide even the basic items such as Kleenexes and bath soap.
    • The cafeteria opening hours were specific, although that didn't affect our stay negatively, I would have loved to take a coffee in the afternoon at the cafeteria area.
    • I didn’t like the fact I had booked a double standard and the room I got was the economy. It was New Year’s Eve and I specifically booked the standard because I saw it had a table with 2 chairs. I only stayed for that night and I didn’t mentioned nothing at the reception because I had so many bags that I wasn’t able to change rooms with all that luggage. I also didn’t like the shower. I wasn’t able to regulate the hot water. The water was cold and I wasn’t able to take a hot shower. Also the hotel should mention ahead in booking that the pets have a cost of 15 euros per night.

It’s a lovely hotel in a great, quiet neighborhood in very close proximity to the city center, probably like a 10 minute walk. Beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. I would definitely stay here again.

The coffee at the breakfast. Sorry, that was terrible, even though I tried 2 different types as well. Please get a better coffee machine…

A smiling receptionist! And an excellent staff at the breakfast and the restaurant!!

Will be nice that the fridge be connected and have a kettle in the room for the passenger in case they want a cup of tea!

Location was excellent; central to the activities we had planned for the day. The staff were super helpful. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Would have preferred a larger, firmer bed.

    The location and breakfast.

    - we arrived an hour later after the announced check in time and the room was not ready.- around 22 pm our room 205 smelled like if a restaurant was inside, everything smelled like fried foods were being cooked in our room. The next day all of our clothes smelled like burned oil. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. This kept happening till 2 / 3 am in the morning.

The location, exceptional friendly staff, ordered us a taxi when needed, breakfast at 8:00 AM was good value, walking distance (one mile) to bus and train station, the restaurant below gives appetizers free with drink orders, easy to walk to cathedral, booked our trip to Finnestera.

Towels and no kettle in room, but there is coffee downstairs starting at 8:00 AM.

Room was spacious and clean. Beds large and comfortable. Hotel reception kindly organised for a taxi to take us to the airport.

Would be nice to include conditioner in the toiletries. The air conditioner unit was very noisy.

Great location. Best views from the rooms.

8am breakfast. We stayed a a group and would have liked breakfast ar 7am or even 6 as we normally start walking at 7am

    8BiancaPosted on: 6-1-2025

Great location easy walk to town - staff were nice

Wifi didn’t work on 3 rd floor and we had an attick room that was a bit hot - there was an AC unit which worked so we slept fine but it did leak water all over the floor

    10KellyPosted on: 5-24-2025

    Comfortable, nice staff, good breakfast

Was told it would be about 8-10 euros for taxi to train station and the driver charged 20!

    6AdrianaPosted on: 5-5-2025

    Pet friendly

It was a heating issue. We entered the room and were 26°C. Set it for 22, left the dog and went for lunch. In 2hours when we came back were 32°C inside. The staff had no solution just to tell us to open window. It was terrible hot inside, even outside 8°, all night wake up, open window, when to cold, closed and so on... Not propper conditions to take a rest after Camino.

    the hotel it self.

more signages and information to explore the dining area and open gardens. The complementation glasses, water and others were not readily avialable. you had to asked for it. no fridge in room.

The hit of the property is the location, almost inside the old town of Santiago; it is possible to do all the main tourist visits just by walking. The hotel does not have good facilities, but if you are a solo or young couple traveller and just need a place to rest and take a shower, it can fit. I do not recommend it for families with children.

The breakfast area, which is a big and nice area, is closed most of the time. They only open for breakfast and keep it locked after. Also, for those who need to work, check e-mails or to sit and read a book, the area fits perfectly, but the hotel keeps it closed. The hotel's room does not have an electric kettle or microwave, so if you need to drink a cup of tea or coffee, you need to go outside. The TV has no access to the internet, and the channel list is limited, if you are travelling with kids, this is a problem. Also, the internet signal is weak, especially on the 2nd floor.

The hotel was located within a short walk into the centre of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean.
