The shower head broke while I was taking a shower, so after my long camino not exactly what I wanted.

Good location and the room was comfortable and clean

Apart from the lady in the breakfast room, the staff seem rather unhappy, especially at the reception desk.

Centrally located, within a walking distance from all the points of interests. Great empanadas shop just across the road. Comfy beds.

The room was facing the lift lobby/stairs and you could hear everyone coming up and down the stairs.Also, the room had a bit of tobacco smell when you first enter the room, wonder if its always like that or if it was the previous customer.

This location is easily accessible to get to the Cathedral and other places of interest. The front desk staff was helpful from the phone call I placed a week before I arrived, to our welcome, to their communication with our taxi driver when we left. The breakfast was filling and had good options. The room was comfortable. If I ever get to Spain again, I will, for sure, stay here!!

I explicitly asked if I could get access to a password protected wifi.I was encouraged to believe free wifi was better.

Front desk were very pleasant and helpfulHotel is in a great location.

First night, we were put in a small room with a bed for a couple and asked for king size. Bed was very uncomfortable.Second night was given a bigger room with a large bed was perfect. Didn’t have a showerhead to shower. Did not tell anyone we just made the best of it.

I booked a suite and it was wonderful. The location is perfect just next to the old city.

I think they should choose a different musical background during breakfast. Listening to monotonous sad ballads is not so pleasant when you have breakfast. Also there is only one elevator and it can get very slow especially when there is a goup staying in the hotel.

It was a nice accommodation at the end of our walk on the camino del norte from Irun. The staff were great. We had a complications with our car rental and had to stay another day. The room we were in was booked for that night. They were able to find us two rooms and when we came back in the afternoon our bags were up in our rooms.

Good location, though a bit noisy (on a busy road).

A receptionist was very rude to me. I emailed the hotel about it but never got a reply. That’s not good management.

Great location and the rooms were nice and comfortable. The cafeteria downstairs offering a full breakfast was also a bonus

The front desk staff need to be re-trained or replaced. They were somewhat rude, rushed and seemingly annoyed at very normal requests. Not very friendly. I borderline got into an argument with one of them over booking a massage based on my preferences. It definitely put a damper on my experience there.
