Hotel Praza Quintana

The property was beautiful. It was quiet but close to everything including cathedral.

Location was great, ac worked, room was quiet, breakfast was ok but convenient and good hours

Breakfast fruit was a bit over-ripe and pastries were pretty terrible. Mostly ate the yogurt and cereal so 10 euros was steep price for that.

Everything was wonderful!! Location, friendliness of the entire staff, the rooms were great and clean. The staff was helpful in answering any questions we had about the places to visit and see.

Everything was great!! We couldn't have had a better time.

A rock’s throw from the Cathedral and all the action happening in Santiago. Tge rooms are extremely clean, modern and nice. Great staff running reception!

The great location near the Cathedral means you hear at least one bell ring loudly every 15 minutes all day/night long. This requires some heavy duty ear plugs, especially with the windows open for cool air.

Great location! Just minutes from the Catheral. The staff was friendly and gave suggestions for dining. The room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the hot water pot since it was raining the day we arrived.

Excellent location lclose to the cathedral, restaurants , and shopping. The room is clean and comfortable.

Maintenance needs improvement. We had locked safe and slow drainage in bath tub. The hotel could not address the issues in timely manner.

Though we were on an upper floor, with windows closed, we could still hear the noise from the streets below ALL NIGHT LONG.Breakfast for 10 Euro wasn’t anything special.

Truly disgusting basement room—smelled of mold and damp. All of my belongings smelled of mold after checking out. I asked for a different room, but none available.

Worst breakfast we have had in a month of hotels.Mold in shower.No way to check in early.

Loved the lady at the reception. She was wonderful and had so much energy. She seemed to never get tired and always had a smile on her face and was so happy to help with all of our questions and she worked tirelessly to make sure we were happy. Also loved the location right by the Cathedral de Santiago. The taxi can drop you off and take you right to the door. The beds were so comfortable. There was a reading room or prayer meeting room downstairs that was very convenient. We all met downstairs and had a great time in there talking and discussing.

It was very noisy outside as it is in a great location but the noise and laughing and parties went on till 4 or 5 am. Many of the people in our group did not sleep well because of that. We suggested maybe they could put some double paned windows or something. We were told not wven the police could not do anything or institute quiet times. It was a problem. The showers in some of the rooms looked like they had some mold in the white grout so some people took showers in the people’s room that didn’t look like that. The breakfast was at the time of writing this 10€ which seemed a little high comparitively since there was no hot food. It was all nicely done and the room was clean and the food was fresh but it was just continental breakfast as there is no kitchen for hot food there. The other hotels we stayed in served scrambled eggs and bacon or ham and other hot items along with the cold meats and breads and cost less so most of the people in the group at just once and opted to go somewhere else the next morning.

The parking garage was a walk to drag our luggage over cobbled streets and through numerous tourists.

Either our shower was broken or we could not figure out how to turn it on. There was no staff there in the morning so we had no help. Very disappointing experience in a otherwise nice hotel.
