Staff, peaceful, clean

Far from the beach/ city center

the breakfast was good and the stuff great and helpful .

an electric kettle , some tea bags and coffee powder in the room would have make our experience even better .

Full service hotel, excellent parking, wonderful breakfast, and pleasant staff. We loved the beautiful brick and woodwork mixed with modern amenities.

Requires a car to drive anywhere, but there is public transportation if you have the time.

The staff were lovely and friendly

No bar or cafe facilities during the day, it was along way from a simple cafe/bar. The valance around the bed frame was really dirty, towels were old and in some cases thread bare. The hotel has the potential of being lovely but the garden and outside areas are scruffy and neglected.

When I come to Bétera, I always book this hotel. It is just next to the Mas Camarena Sport Resort, so it is ideal to parents who come and visit their child at the Resort. It is clean, the staff is very friendly.

Nice convenient location. Even though near to highway, very quiet. Clean rooms, very efficient. Comfortable bed. Very helpful and friendly staff. Easy parking at metro to travel in to Valencia.

Although buffet was open until 11, due to big group, they ran out of much of the food by 9:30.

The hotel is very nice, good size room, comfortable beds..

The restaurant was not very good. Very slap-dash, staff didn't really seem to care.

Bed was comfortable, room basic but ok. The main issue was how noisy the corridor became at night. Second night a group of young school children were running around outside our door until very late. On our last night people returning late woke us again. I did mention it to reception but she just said they've gone now and wasn't really too surprised at our comment. We also were under the impression that there was a pool that would be usable, but unfortunately not. Had to ask for a second pillow twice

We used this as a stop over on a road trip and was perfect for this as easy access to and from the motorway. I'd happily stay longer for a visit to Valencia. Rooms are a good size and clean and comfortable. Breakfast is Spanish style but with decent variety

Some noise from other rooms

Really nice area, very quiet, has a beautiful spacious garden. The breakfast is simple but sufficient and delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable and clean. We had a room with a bathroom, everything was working well. I can totally recommend this place.

We have been before and again found the hotel good.

The menu was very disappointing. For people who hsve travelled to get there, ment will have eaten sandwiches etc en route, the sélection offertes is very poor.

Very close to the IDA Valencia. Very friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Clean rooms, clean sauna.

The plugs are not really on the right places in the room. I always bring an extentor with me in order that we can charge our devices, and long cables.

However, there were some positives:•There is a sauna—small, but they turned it on for me.•There is a small gym.•Late check-out is available, which is a nice bonus.•The bed was comfortable.•The room had a nice view of the garden.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel.1.The electric car charger was not working, and the hotel staff refused to help charge it in any other way. They said it could only be done via a QR code, but it didn’t accept foreign credit cards or possibly just wasn’t working at the time. I kept getting an error despite trying different banks, including Revolut.2.There was no shampoo or shower gel in the room, which was very strange.3.No toilet brush—this is just a disaster.4.The bedsheet had stains on it.5.Breakfast was extremely minimal—aside from a tortilla with an omelet, there were no vegetables, not even tomatoes.6.The bathroom extractor fan was not working.

For us it was a gem in the countryside We loved all about this boutique hotel especially bring able to have private use of the spa facilities for an hour Charles was very welcoming and knowledgeable Juan in the restaurant was attentive and helpful Thank you for a great stay
