staff not helpful upon our question of hughe price-difference upon booking (we were offered € --- per room and we ended up paying almost € ---,- in the hotel)

The breakfast is overpriced.

I like it. It's cozy in the winter. Groceries are 50m, lovely beach 80m. It's calm area out of big cities. At the hotel there is a lot of places to sit out of your room, good for writing a book, watching see or just calm down after busy year. Maybe it's not newest or best quality, it has just it's own atmosphere.

It's not best luxury, but I like Danish style.

The only sole problem was that the rooms are cold. It was freezing a bit during my stay (-1 or -2 degree) and the room heating could not create a comfortable room temperature. Restaurant was fine warm. Very sad with this spoiler for an else great place.

The location is very good across from a marina and a swimming jetty. The common seating areas are plentiful and comfortable. Our room had a lovely ocean view and a terrasse. There is a supermarket right next to the hotel and many eateries close by. The breakfast buffet was very good.

The bathrooms are very dated. In our room the flushing mechanism for the toilet was difficult to operate, and the shower could be accessed only via a bathtub with a higher than usual rim.There was no daily maid service. If you wanted a robe to cover you if you went bathing you had to pay a small separate fee(about $8)

The location across the beach is nice. The supermarket very convenient.

The room was clean but very basic. The staff could use some customer service coaching.

Although I had to leave a day earlier, they didn't refund my last day, unlike any other hotels I have been all over the world

Room was clean and breakfast was more than sufficient. In general the complete hotel (toilet/ badroom) requires modern update.

Airfilter in de badroom was pretty dirty.

No kettle (had my own though) and the Internet could be better and I missed one letter typing my car number resulting in an easy park kontrolgebyr ☹️

Location is great, Beach is one minute away. Rooms are sufficiently comfortable. There is a laundry machine which you can use and a common area. Store right infront of the door.

Extras are really expensive like breakfast costs almost 20€ per Person which is super pricey for what they actually serve (ordinary continental)

Location is very nice. Most staff trying very hard to make you feel welcome - big shoutout to Alexandra who went out of her way to be a great host.Parking is easy.Rooms clean and beds comfortable.Breakfast entirely OK if not spectacular.

Rooms are tired - can see that it used to be modern but everything feels very functional and seventies. Tricky choice between keeping things ticking over and the necessary investment to bring everything up to date. But they are doing a good job with what they have.That said, pricing arguably reflects more past "glory" and less today's more faded reality.

Not friendly!!

I got dubbelcharged for bringing dog. When booking I wrote to the hotel that a would bring dogs and then they were running after me accusing me not to have Said anything. Then they charged per night and per dog. 2000:- extra when they have written half in the booking. Not ok. But I payed. Then I got accused of having sand in the bed and asked if the dogs slept in bed even through i hade a dog blankett on the fluor. Not a friendly hotell!! And we travell a lot.

Great location, good selection for breakfast. Room and bathroom was clean but could be renovated. Staff very friendly and professional.

The room and especially the bathroom was a little bit dated.

1. Not particularly friendly staff, nor very helpful. 2. Shower felt apart, old and leaky. Toilet flush was not really working properly.3. The breakfast buffet has a poor selection and is overpriced for what it is (~200dkk/per). 4. No vegetarian choice at the restaurant. 5. Restaurants food not particularly amazing. Overpriced for what it is. Better off going to the restaurant across the road, more choices and friendlier host.Unfortunately the hotel gets away with being the only hotel in this area, so not much insensitive to improve the service.

It was close to the restaurants and easy to get to the tennis tournament by taxi. The staff where super helpful.

The bathroom could be looked at, as the pipes underneath the basin was leaking.

standard room is OKtemp in lobby and restau is OK

very very cold. After 2 days keeping heating at max, slowly the temp was "normal".in bathroom the heating was already at max when I arrived, still was cold after 2 nightspoor service in restaurantpoor food in restaurant and same menu as a month ago and 2 months agothis is for sure the last time I'll stay here

Location good and communal spaces of hotel was good. i imagine in summer this place comes in to its own with great outdoor terrace ...

Spacious room

1. Chair was basic and not comfortable to conduct work.2. Shower was old and had poor pressure, and the water always got out onto the floor3. The press storage was missing a door4. Towels were changed each day, it wasn't necessary, maybe you can consider a revised policy so that the guest can place towels for changing in the bath and other then don't need to be replaced this way it more environmentally friendly5. The step up in to the bathroom is unusual and a possible trip hazard6. Ironing had to be done in another room, but there is no water available in the room to top up the irons. Could provide a container / tap

The room was big enough, the bathroom comfortable. It was cleaned every day and basic necessities were available. Breakfast was standard.

There was no possibility to have dinner in hotel. Extremely soft bed.
