Breakfast was great. Room was very spacious with great views. It was excellent value for money

The host asked us for extra money because he said we booked two rooms (suites) for two adults. One of the suites had 4 beds and the other had 2. Booking.com admitted the glitch in thier system and asked for the proof of payment for reimbursement. Since I paid in cash, I asked the host for the invoice multiple times but he never provided me with one!

The cleanliness, comfortable beds, the location, the decor.

Water never got hot, only lukewarm. Only the living room was truly heated, stingy on fruit and toilet paper. Help with luggage from 3rd floor not available.

Communication was great with the hosts, they responded to our questions, were helpful and tried to make us feel as comfortable as possible. When we could not get hot water in our shower, they let us shower in our room downstairs. If you are staying there, try to request rooms on the ground floor or right above the ground level otherwise, you might not get any hot water.

They need to find a permanent solution for the hot water issue for rooms located at the top. If that room they gave us to shower in was not available on the ground floor, we could not have showered for 2 days. Please find a permanent solution for that. Thanks!

Maps takes you on an up & down journey - but just need to cut thru the Artisan craft co-op. Knocks off 5 mins! Would have loved a kettle in the room.

The location to the Medina was perfect. The room was spacious and the breakfast was good,

It was difficult to get ahold of the owner. The room was bare of essentials - glasses, tissues, soap, etc,

The beautiful hotel in Medina with a rooftop decorated with flowers and a view of the mountains where breakfast was served. The size of room was enough big for two people. The bed was comfortable. In the bathroom, the shower is not separated by anything, there is no curtain and water gets all over the floor. Breakfast was good- but without fruits.The photos correspond to reality. For that money it’s perfect!!

It was hard to climb up to the third floor with luggage, unfortunately no one helped us.

Be mindful the town has lots of stairs every where! The place has no stairs, we were in 3 rd floor!Bathroom drain maybe not working, so when you take shower, water doesn’t go down, very annoying! And water temperature get cold and warm, changing temperature so you don’t now is it going to be cold or warm

Beautiful views and the entire hotel taken care of with love and care. It was a treat and one of our favorite stays in all of Morroco. The design and art are a treat for your eyes and the terrace is unforgettable. Breakfast was thoughtful and delicious too. Miss being there already.

We really wanted to extend our stay but were not able to do so.

This was my favorite room we stayed in. It was a nice place to stay for a few days

The WiFi was bad and the staff made us feel like an inconvenience. It was also the first place we didn’t get complimentary water or welcome tea.

Beautiful and convenient area of town, super close to exciting attractions (spanish mosque), stunning rooftop view, delicious breakfast and wonderful, helpful staff!

Bathroom was totally functional and clean but we would have loved a curtain or something to block off the shower (though this is typical of Morocco in our experience, maybe not fair to assign to this location). We were also there in December and it was quite cold in our room in the evenings - something that i’m sure is a perk if visiting in other seasons!

Very nice location, clean, staff very nice. We got there before our time to check in and they give us our room! That was very nice!
