    Pros +

    • The breakfast.
    • Excellent breakfast on terrasse
    • friendly staff, great central location, well maintained and cutely decorated rooms. breathtaking view over the terrace and AMAZING breakfast, that was probably my favorite part of the stay.

    Cons -

    • No heater, no bathtub. And the guy who helped me with the luggage in the morning to get out of that hotel which was not far from where you take the taxi, charged me 46 dirham.
    • Much darker inside than photos suggestSadly, only riad where we were not initially greeted with the usual tea
    • would’ve been nice if we got a room with windows facing the city, the room felt kinda stuffy since we had to close down all the windows (that were looking out the inside of the riad) and doors to protect our privacy but overall a nice stay.

Loved the location in the medina, next to many beautiful blue alleys that are busy in the day, but very quiet overnight and in the morning. Wonderful breakfast served on the terrace.

The bathroom is tiny, with shower walls that are half-height so water went everywhere. Some blackout curtains would've been helpful as a bright outdoor light comes thru the window shutters & thin curtains.

This property was clean and very well located. The staff is friendly and helpful. The view from the rooftop is outstanding!

The staff were very helpful. We stayed for 5 nights and got to know them all by name. They went out of their way to be helpful.

The room itself was not great. We got the budget twin, which I would not recommend. I knew it would be small, but the location of the room was terrible, and they had no other room for us to switch to. You are right by the lobby, so can hear everything there, and then several tour groups a day stop right outside the window talking loudly. We literally had people laughing, screaming and singing right outside our room.

Gorgeous guesthouse in a great location in the medina, lovely helpful staff, nice room with pretty decor and a view of the streets below, great breakfast on the terrace. It had everything we needed & more.

The location is perfect, just inside the fabulous Medina but easy to find and above it all. The roof terrace was fabulous with views all around. This is also where they serve the excellent breakfast. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Really excellent.

Location, rooftop and breakfast was stellar! Staff very friendly and helpful.

Our room was interior, so no windows and very damp and dark.

Really nice location, in the middle of the medina. Breakfast was delicious with a beautiful view of the city. Our host was kind enough to come pick us up from a point where we could drop our car. Would recommend!

Right in the heart of chefchaouen, riad was clean, room had brilliant view of the town’s blue houses, terrace was also providing a nice view in the morning. Brilliant breakfast. Host was welcoming and very helpful. Guided us about the town and how to get around. All famous blue street within 10min radius.

The staff was fantastic. The breakfast was the best we had during our 2 week stay in Morocco. This is a city you have to experience, it was fantastic. We felt safe at all times. Very clean and you could even do laundry.

We travelled as two women on single beds, the beds were a bit small but still comfortable. I did not like having to park so far away as I was restless about the car but rest assured it will be safe. You will park far from all Riads not only this one.

This place is located in the middle of the medina. The staff welcomed me with tea. The breakfast was good with a great view. The room is very comfortabel and clean. The service of the staff is excellent.

Good location in the Medina and reasonable size room with nice breakfast on the terrace or inside when cold.Staff was helpful in organizing a car to pick us up from a train station about 2 hours away across the mountains. Meeting us on arrival at the taxi drop of to take our bags and similarly organizing taxi and helping on departure. Gave good restaurant recommendations.

Was noisy early one morning with guests at the time. Also had one evening/night without hot water which could have been better communicated since we only found out there was a problem being fixed after getting in the shower.

Lovely terrace. Big room. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Yassir was very helpful

    9YanaPosted on: 2-11-2025

The best location, in the heart of old town. The staff are really nice. They did everything to make our stay pleasant. We got a free room upgrade (which was beautiful) and allowed us to use their washing machine for laundry for free. Breakfast at rooftop was amazing!

Very noisy neighbours till 3AM. Would have been better if the staff had told them off. Hardly had any sleep.

    10SyedPosted on: 2-8-2025

The location is perfect, book it blindly. Its located on the main street within the main market. The guy comes to pick you up from the stop, so locating is not an issue. The staff are very helpful and also arranged a private taxi for us to Tanger. Made sure our stay was comfortable. Good variety of breakfast.

    Nothing to dislike.
