We had an incredible stay at Lina Ryad. It was top notch customer service. They helped us with every request we had. Even helped us get our 80 year old mother home from dinner when the walk was too much for her. Absolutely incredible stay and wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for everything!!!

Stairs steep but worth the effort!

The staff were incredible welcoming and the room exceeded expectations. Traveled with a 3 year old and was extremely impressed with how patient and attentive the entirety of the staff was. Highly recommend anyone to stay. Wife said the spa was incredible.

The bed and pillows were the BEST we had in all of our stays in Morocco! Staff was so kind. Our room was huge with and amazing balcony and incredible views.

Location a bit far from the car parking so bags transport was a bit of a mission although the hotel provided a staff to do the job. No outdoor pool available only indoor and we had to book it in advance . No proper seating area on the amazing terrasse and no entertainment at the hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the place and the eagerness of the staff to provide the best service truly stood out. A special thanks goes to the lovely staff member who prepared our breakfast every morning, and to Ms. Samira at the reception for her warm and professional assistance. Thank you all for making our stay so pleasant and memorable!

No elevators and no parking, but even that they solve it by lifting our bags to the room and guiding us where to park the car

The bathroom in the lobby was consistently smelly. No dining options inside. The hotel staff didn't give excellent dining recommendations.

This is the best hotel!! They were very accommodating to my language difficulties. The rooms and food were great, and the photo spots were close to the hotel!!

1) arrival and departure: When you say in a Riad, which is always inside a Medina ( old , walled city), your car will never take you to your stay. You invariably park in a parking lot outside or a town centre and are escorted to your Riad. Lina Ryad did fabulously on this. We kept them updated about our arrival time. Their team received us in the town square and helped us and our luggage reach the Riad. Riads do not have elevators and they helped us with our bags to our floors. The same process was repeated on our check out : bags to the lobby and then to our car2) Extremely warm, supportive staff with greta communication skills. We had no difficulty at all communicating with them. We were received efficiently, welcomed with a traditional Mint tea and all information. It was super easy to check in and settle down3) All Roads serve you breakfast. Lina Ryad did great with breakfast to order, 24 hour coffee machine , morning hot coffee and milk. Lunch and dinner were to order. We had one dinner there and that was great. Mix of Moroccan and Italian food4) The facility itself is beautiful and wonderfully kept. The beds were comfortable and the bed linen and towers were clean. Basics like shower supplies, hair drier, iron, A/C were in place and worked well5) you could book time for a private time in the heated pool and that was great. We did not use the spa though6) Lina Ryad was exactly what our research showed we would get and was way more in terms of service quality7) The location is great.. 5 minute walk to the town centre and in a very peaceful place

We recently had the pleasure of staying one night at Ryad Lina in Chefchaouen, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel is beautifully maintained, offering a clean and well-appointed environment that exudes comfort and charm. The attention to detail in both the accommodations and service was truly impressive, making our stay both relaxing and memorable. We highly recommend Ryad Lina to anyone visiting Chefchaouen and look forward to returning in the future.

We loved its location and the view from the rooftop. The staff was polite and helpful.

I wish I knew it would be a lot of climbing to get to the Ryad but that’s ok.

The staff was amazing, always kind and ready to help. They also had been amazing with our little baby. The Ryad is in a strategic position in the middle of the old Medina. Was beautiful to see the dawn from their rooftop. Strongly recommended!!!
