The staff was great: we needed some help to prepare for an event and that was no problem.Breakfast was nice with a good offering, rooms were clean and comfy with a beautiful mountain view.Check in and check out was easy and flexible.

If you come with a really big car, the entrance to parking might get tight. But that is just the architecture of the surrounding houses, nothing the staff or stay can do about it.

Friendly host, clean, WiFi, parking

The owners were very helpful, in particular regarding our late arrival due to traffic hold ups. They were very understanding and supportive.

Room was clean, view from the room was direct to the mountains. A nice balcony, where you can sit. It was easy place to find. Parking is free near the house.

Wifi was terrible, just 20 mbps and very laggy. I wanted to watch the qualifications of my countrie national team and I couldn't because of internet problems (connecting and reconnecting). Breakfast selection is very limited and time could be better (yet it is 7:30-9:00). The bed mattresses were quite hard.

Location - close to downtown, walking distance to everything, very cozy , warm and friendly staffs/ owners. Breakfast was good too.

Disappointing

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The hotel was under construction and we woke up at seven because of the noise from the workers. It would have been nice if the hotel had notified us before we arrived.

The hotel is very clean, with good breakfast, free parking at the property, good location, nice view of the mountain from our terrace, very friendly owner.

Internet at night between 2200 to 2400 is not available during our 2 days stay at the property.

Very Nice people, family atmosphere, comfortable place, very clean, well-kept and organized. You feel like in your own home.

We stayed one night and it rained a bit, but the children loved the nearby wellness, and I enjoyed the quiet room, the comfy beds, and the great breakfast.

Couldn't find anything wrong - Ruhpolding is great and this hotel is perfect. The place is magical even in the rain.

Really authentic property, clean, spacious, close everywhere. Breakfast was nice, good selection of cold and warm food.
