Loved the sauna and pool! Very nice. Food at the restaurant was good with great vegetarian options.

I had a single room. Horrible mattress. The shower didn’t work well, low pressure and mild warmth.

My second time here this year, and I am sure I will come back. The staff, as always very kind and helpful. The breakfast is quite delicious. The food in the in-house restaurant is also very good with a bunch of new dishes every time I go. The hotel itself is located in a very convenient part of the city, at walking distance from the train station and a nice starting point for a hike. The wellness area is one of my favorite ones so far, very relaxing. My kids love the pool area and also enjoy some time in the family sauna. Overall a great experience.

The staff were very helpful and kind and always trying to help us with the kids needs. The breakfast was pretty good with a nice variation. The wellness area looks pretty new and well maintained and we enjoyed using it. The kids loved the pool and the family sauna next to it. Locations-wise it was also pretty good, close to the train station and works as a starting point for hiking, and if you come by car, there are enough parking spaces. The restaurant food was also good and the staff there were lovely. This is a place I would definitely come back.

Light switch is outside the bathroom and may wake others in the room at night.... But it is nitpicking, since most of it was perfect.

The blinds were not dark enough, it was to bright in the room. The bathroom had a glass door, when I went to the bathroom at night, the light woke my partner. The coffee was horrible. So sad.

Brand new spa

The property has old and new apartments. I payed for new apartments, but during check-in was sent to old apartments twice and one more time to partially renovated and only then to the new apartments, which I booked. The same happened with restaurants. This property has both old and brand new restaurants. When I came to the new one, they proposed me a table in an old one, while a number of free tables were available in the new restaurant. I simply was frustrated why I was forced every time to go to old spots if I prefer (and pay) for new ones. Apart from that, everything was good. Very good variety of food and delicious bred for breakfast. Super calm and not that busy SPA area, and clean swimming pool.

Spacious but cozy room, tastefully decorated. Lovely view from balcony. Nice bar with a welcome drink. Spa area is all new, with many areas for relaxing. Perfect for a romantic getaway weekend

The family spa was phenomenal. My two boys enjoyed unwinding in the pool in the evening. And it gave me a bit of time to relax and not be so involved! The restaurant is of course also wonderful!

Absolute outstanding value for money! Brand-new five star spa with different, stunning saunas; very good food at reasonable prices. Brand new rooms, super clean, comfortable. Top-notch!

The location is good for the simple reason that you find restaurants in walking distance which deliver a much better dining experience than the hotel.

We arrived at 18:30 (travelled there by motorbike) and had dinner at the hotel. The food was lukewarm, the ketchup and mayonnaise were served in one-way plastic tubes, the napkins were of paper. All this wouldn't matter in a 3-star or lower establishment, but in a hotel claiming 4 stars this is a no-no. When I told the waiter about the lukewarm food, he said "oh, would you like a Schnaps" ( I assume this meant "on the house" as a way of making good for a lousy dish). No way of apologies. Of course, we did not accept. The breakfast buffet is not up to 4-star standards either. I have had better in 3-star establishments.

The hotel has a nice beer garden, however it was not possible to sit there due to many wasps. We were seated in the restaurant inside, which would be completely fine if there would be airconditioning or at least some ventilators. The temperature inside felt as if we were in a sauna, making our meal with two young kids very unpleasant. We were hoping to still use the pool, but it was closed at 20:00. That is a shame as we were longing for a cool down after the warm restaurant area. We hoped that the room would at least be cool, but unfortunately we had a horrible night not being able to sleep due to the high temperature in the room. The room has no airconditioning, ventilation and only a door opening on a shared terrace, which is currently being renovated and has no fence. For these reasons it is not possible to leave it completely open during the night. The breakfast was unfortunately the same as dinner, the choice between outside and many wasps or inside in a warm room. Although it is mentioned that the wellness area is being renovated, there are more works being done in the hotel and the breakfast buffet is for example improvised in the hall/reception area. In conclusion, we are sure this would be a better experience if the renovations are done and the wasps are away so that the outside area is comfortable to use, however the summers are warm and the airconditioning or at least ventilators in the restaurant and the rooms are crucial for a pleasant stay.

The staff were exceptionally welcoming, and the scenery was beautiful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed and more. The hotel itself is cozy, and the breakfast felt like dining with family. The surrounding area is lovely, offering a wide range of exciting activities.

I would have appreciated having an air conditioner or fan in the rooms, as it was quite hot, particularly in the mornings. The beds were also a bit firm, and I would have preferred them to be softer. Although there was some construction work taking place, it was understandable. One evening, I wanted some water, but the kitchen was closed, and the vending machine only offered sparkling water. It would have been nice to have a still water option. Other than these points, everything else was perfect.

Great hotel, very hospitable staff. Everything is brand new and high quality, the hotel must have undergone big renovation. I nearly didn't book it because of the rating, which could be for the hotel before the renovation.

Very enjoyable apartment. Small bathroom but adequate. Could benefit from a microwave in kitchen.

The room was spacious and the spa facilities were good as well.Breakfast and the overall standard of food was very nice.Most of the staff were friendly.

The mattress was not very comfortable, I asked for a double on booking.com and I got 2 twin mattresses, and the quilts were single. The instructions for my safe were incorrect and it took 2 days for staff to help resolve, where in the end I worked out the problem and advised them to update the instructions.There was not tea or coffee or fridge in the room.A couple of the staff were not very attentive around dinner service, and a little disorganised.Breakfast in the morning was mostly very good although there were many wasps in the outside area.The layout for the breakfast was not very functional.As well when they had run out of sausages or something else, they would not cook any more or provide which I thought was very poor and stingy of the hotel. As well they didn't know how to cook poached eggs and refused to cook them.I would not stay here again unless there was an improvement in the overall standard as this hotel claims to be 4 star.You got the impression that this was a high tourism hotel and neglected the customer at a more personal level.

Excellent location in the centre of the village. Breakfast was particularly good. We were a party of 8 and they reserved a table for us so we could always sit together. The rooms were well equipped with a great view of the mountains.
