Amazing location, beautiful scenery. Very nice pool and Sauna facilities. If you play golf, you can benefit from the golf course around it, if you don't, there is a superb minigolf course :-)

The location is very nice. Lors to see. I liked the terraces where you could sit outside the whole day.

The out door Pool is not very big. And naturally now during the Summer vacation there were many children.

The foods was good however at Breakfast on the Grill you had to always ask for someone to man the Grill to make an Omlett as there wasn't anyone there.

Paying 12Euros a day for parking after I paid 1157 Euros for 4 nights is the biggest rip off I've ever seen. I've stayed in alot of nice Hotels in Austria an Germany and the first time I paid for parking. Also there was a road construction project and detour but was not reported in Google Maps and was difficult to find. The room had no wall for the bathroom and a glass door for the Toilett so little to no pemrivacy. Screaming Kids in the Bar which is a place for adults not kids. The Fitness room could of allowed access a little earlier instead of 0730 to allow guests to workout before Breakfast. 42 Euros to rent a Bycycle for the day is also too expensive.

where to start. paid for mountain view got carpark view. carpark always full. breakfast was disappointing not a lot of choices. stuff struggle to speak English. all signs only in German. bed uncomfortable after 5days there have back pain

Great facilities and employees.The staff are very helpful and friendly that’s makes you feel welcome from the day you check in.Breakfast offering is outstanding.

The water could be warmer in the pool especially if you are swimming outside in January.

Very nice location with many possibilities how to spend your time - in our case it was mostly cross country skiing. Resort has very nice wellness area with pools and sauna. Personnel was always very nice and polite. Rooms were clean and regarding food we attended just breakfast and were mostly satisfied. Also there is enough parking lots close to main entrance with possibility of short time parking right in front of the door for loading/unloading skis/suitcases etc., which was very convenient.

- there is no possibility to get a GOOD coffee in entire resort, even if you want to pay it extra (they have just the one from automat, which is just horrible)- no electric kettle in the room = in Alpine area, where people are going to ski etc, would be nice to be able to prepare hot tea to vacuum bottle by yourself - toilet separated from the room with nothing than glass door looks fancy, but the odour and sounds leaking to the sleeping area after its use was horrible

Very large selection of delicacies both local and international.Several dispensers of coffee and wide selection of teasI appreciated the fact, that many things (butter, jam etc.) were not single-portion wrapped, but came as self-serving units - particularly liked the butter-scoops.

there did not seem to be natural - ie sugar-free juice (it was from a granini dispenser, so not 100% sure if that's true)

It’s is perfect for stay with small children

Really uncomfortable beds. We couldn’t sleep all night. They were really hard and uncomfortable

It was wonderful how the night host 'Tarid' from Kosovo helped us out when we arrived late in the evening. He showed us everything, gave advice, helped the 3 children... So warm and human. However, in the morning we checked indeed with 1h of delay as my daughter felt bad, and the behaviour of the hostess at the Reception was just terrible... She came to find us in our room, stating that we already had 1h of delay, whereas we spoke before with the Cleaning Team explaing that my daughter felt bad. Anyway, a very beautiful example of how Germany is running into the wrong direction...

Location and amenities were well maintained and oriented towards active-family vacations. I would say that a couple vacation is possible, if you are not put off by families.Both pools were very clean and well appointed with chairs and Lounge seats. Definitely a relaxing way to unwind from a day in the mountains and local area. Access to bike/walking/running trails was a great way to get out and safely get around the area to take in the surroundings.In groups/families of 5+ can reserve breakfast buffet tables for the duration of your stay for one of the two breakfast times that were available.

Had a bit of a problem getting the two room booking switched around between my extended family and I. Through the three days there was some confusion as to which family was in which room.The above issue may or may not have contributed to our ability to have replacement/additional towels delivered to the room. My spouse had requested twice via the phone app. In the end we had to ask the front desk in person.

Nice pool area that is very spacious, same goes for the sauna. Feels like a fully fledged spa and not simply a hotel add-on. The mountain-view during breakfast is also exceptional. As far as value for price goes, this aja Ruhpolding is great.

While the rooms are okay, basic necessities and nice-to-haves are missing as well as some design choices are perplexing . We booked a double bed and got two single beds. The TV is located in an awkward spot diagonally from the beds, giving the window side bed a terrible angle even after tilting the tv.While bath robes are provided, slippers aren’t. Instead you’re supposed to buy expensive ones at the branded store. The breakfast is decent, as the food is fresh and the selection is acceptable, but there could be more day to day variety.

Perfect location, within walking distance of Ruhpolding, set in beautiful scenery. Good food and pleasant interior.

Facilities were more suitable for families. Overcrowding in leisure areas was disappointing

Hot water kettle was missing, no table for desk work. Parking space was limited.

The amenities like fitness, sauna and pool were very good, clean and esthetic. Breakfast has good healthy options. The location is beautiful.

The room was very warm. The food in the bar is not good, I got even an insect with my food. Dinner could be better.
