Hôtel Suite Martil

Amazing front desk staff and clean, well set up room. Good breakfast too! GPS couldn¿t locate the hotel so we had to ask people on the street. It¿s near the post office.

The location

It is a bit old fashioned. The breakfast is just like ordering from the cafe. The buffet would be much better to have multiple choices

Housekeeping staff doing their best and at reception polite thats all, security also good.

Parking is a big big problem, no parking available.lighting in rooms and outside disasterBreakfast very poor, daily same and very low quality, sometimes restaurant no place.

The staff is super friendly, and the food and service is literally amazing. During Ramadan, they complemented us with Iftar instead of included breakfast which made my parents extremely happy. Thank you so much

This is our fourth time staying at this hotel, which says everything you need to know. A special mention goes to receptionist Karim, who is always incredibly kind, positive, and customer-friendly. He always makes us feel welcome. Thanks again for another wonderful stay!

Not very much. Like many second-rate Moroccan hotels, they have no idea what international travellers expect from hotels. They are still living in the 1970’s when it comes to customer service, civility and understanding that their clients out the food on their tables. The restaurant manager is rude and a misogynist. Argued about whether my guest was entitled to breakfast, showing disrespect in his attitude to me, as his client, and my guest … as a woman. No Aircon in the restaurant, which made everyone hot and sweaty: the manager in particular.

Really nice staff. Room was clean and even if the position is in the center, the room is really silent. You can find parking nearby. The breakfast was nice and the A/C worked perfectly

The room was clean and spacious for family size. The equipment was quite efficient. The operational team (not the manager) was wonderful especially the bagagiste.Good location

The service manager (not the director) in this hotel has a real behavior, capability and communication issues.. The breakfast was a real disaster in quantity and quality. It's just not fresh, nothing to be served in half of the buffet. It shows a real management issue. The manager was blaming the team instead of taking real action... We asked for a small bottle or specific omlette preparation : his favorite answer was : It's an extra where nothing was even prepared or ready to serve (water or omlette)... Sorry, It was a real joke...The hotel has great potential, but the manager is a real issue for any future improvement, client satisfaction, or team's morale.Small last advice: Please review the deco or the color of the hotel for more joyful Tetouani colors (white and blue) or at least opting for Scandinavian colors...

As a very critical traveler, I am pleased to say that my family and I had an exceptional stay at Suite Martil. Traveling with three young children can be challenging, but this hotel made our vacation perfect. The location was ideal, situated conveniently close to both the city center and the beach.The staff at Suite Martil were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist us. Despite being in a busy area where parking could be an issue, the security ensured that we always had a parking spot available.The breakfast was also fantastic. It was simple yet delicious, featuring traditional Moroccan dishes. The reception staff were very friendly, always joking and smiling with my children, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and very spacious.Overall, we had a wonderful time at Suite Martil, and I highly recommend it to anyone, especially those traveling with a family.

3th time at this hotel. Feels like home! Everyone is friendly but a big shout out to our cleaning lady Touriya. Her work and kindness is out of this world. She really made us feel at home. Thank you very much Touriya! You”re gold!
