Location and helpful staff.

Hard beds, not that this is uncommon in Europe, but difficult for an older person with aches and pains to sleep well.

Gorgeous views and nice size apartment.

I wasn’t aware of the stairs to get to the room. Traveling with an older guest I wish I was informed ahead of time. The bedroom mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable. I wish the property provided paper towels and tissue.

Staff is great and very kind, hotel is very comfortable and very close to the bars and restaurant street

Spacious, comfortable. Nice pool & patio with a bar and music. Close to beach & restaurants. Staff were wonderful & helpful.

The apartments are well equipped, the entire place is super clean and safe and the staff are all amazing

We stayed in the family suite and it was very close to the beach and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and it was plenty of space for our family.

Nothing! Everything was perfect!

Location is great! Very close to the beach and has a nice swimming pool. Loved the BAR by the pool! There is also a nice Portuguese bakery next door which is ideal for breakfast or just a snack. The view from the apartments is stunning.

This place was perfect. Sooo close to the beach, the apartment itself was beautiful, clean, super spacious. Staff was kind and helpful and they do their best to make everything easy!

This resort is a family resort and they do a great job of ensuring it’s quiet and there is no partying. Nearby though, there are other hotels that had many partying people and the noise carries. But seriously, don’t let this dissuade you unless you are a super fussy sleeper. A little white noise fixed it right up!!!

This place was beaufiful, our apartment was a dream. Beautifully decorated and everything at hand. Peacefuly, joyous, serene.

Wasn't a fan of the shower, but normal for me in Portugal. Found parking outside the hotel, panicked a bit when I first got there, but otherwise was fine.

We were upgraded to the villa on arrival and it was absolutely stunning. It’s absolutely huge, immaculately clean and has everything you could possibly need. The location is not only within a stones throw of shops, restaurants and bars, it is also very beautiful. I would highly recommend this villa to everyone.

Fantastic stay, location, rooms and views

Good location, close to the beach but not too busy

Room floor was not properly cleaned, still got some sands from the beach

The room is basically a one-bed apartment with a living room and kitchen. It’s huge. The balcony and sea view is stunning. The space itself is absolutely perfect. The hotel grounds also have pretty much everything - pools, gym, jacuzzi, deck, snack bars, etc. It’s just a few steps away from the beach. And the staff is so wonderful! Overall, it’s a great hotel and great space!

It’s a bit far from “downtown,” so it takes some effort to get to where the “action” is (if that’s your thing), or where the main beach is. Also, Albufeira as a whole was not impressive to me. That has nothing to do with the hotel, tho. For Albufeira, this is a great stay.

Such a great place, the staff were incredibly friendly and we were delighted to receive an upgrade on arrival. The rooms were lovely and the location was excellent.

stayed in apartment 11 there was a terrible smell from the toilet .lt came and went it was awful.

The staff. The cleanliness, the pool, everyone was friendly.

Just the beds were a bit hard and uncomfortable.

Location, cleanliness , quietness , beach towel changed every day if needed , showering facilities if u are checking out and waiting for a late flight

The location, the staff so helpful couldn’t do enough for us, especially the girl on reception, not sure of her name possibly Motana? Greeted us when we arrived & talked us through everything what a wee gem she was. Pool facilities excellent & the staff at the pool bar were so lovely & inviting over all a great experience and will be sure to be back next year!

Can’t fault anything.
