Hotel Santa Eulalia

Location

In March we booked close to 15 days and got to know the staff quite well,but this time a couple of them had a different demeanor (e.g.not as accommodating when we asked for a quieter room).

It's not a 5 star hotel, but it was nice, clean, near the beach and great value.

Loved the roof top overlook and location was perfect! Restaurante Martins is a short walk away and has amazing food and great service!

Everything was perfect! I left another location and booked this for remainder of my stay. I would definitely stay there again!

Clean, comfortable, good location (not far from restaurants, bars and not too close to busy and noisy streets)

The place was always clean or being cleaned.

A few of the staff were very rude. Not a good attitude for service. And really not accommodating. The place was fully booked and we just asked if they simply had more chairs or if we could take a couple chairs outside and we got nothing but rudeness. Or when we asked for more eggs at 09:30 …. Same thing. Eye rolls and no kindness by the one kitchen staff.

Breakfast and location very good. Olga at breakfast was very accommodating.

There was no ironing board and no outlet near the table. They told me to iron on the bed which was not comfortable.They only gave one ( old fashioned ) key to the room.

Not clean and smelled like mold. Breakfast was bad and expensive.

Room was comfortable and clean, great value for money. Staff was friendly. Good breakfast, great location.

Amazing staff and a calm place away from the noise but close enough if you want to enjoy a bar or a beach even by foot.

The room was good equipped, clean, neat and pleasant. The bathroom was also good enough and clean even though there are somethings that need replacement. Parking space is ok but not proper arranged and organized.

Hotel worker at the reception was interacting with a friend at 2 am and both were speaking extreme loud as if it would 2 pm. Sleep disrupted. No respect whatsoever for the hotel guests. When confronted the hotel worker didn't even apologize. Absolutely unacceptable.

Close to the beach, and the view from the solarium is beautiful. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast is good. The staff were helpful and friendly.

I stayed on the ground floor with a window overlooking the parking lot, I didn't like it, because I didn't feel like I had any privacy if I left the curtain open. Another thing I didn't like was that the place to have coffee was small.

My go-to hotel room in Albufeira because it's cheap and has everything you need: a comfy bed, working ac, working tv, warm water, some toiletries, and a balcony. It's near the center, there are restaurants and cafés nearby. Near the beach. It's nice and quiet.

I've been there 3 times and on one occasion it didn't let me have warmer water, it was locked. Because I only stayed one night, I didn't ask for help.

The hotel looks as if it recently had an upgrade and looks quite fresh and chic,breakfast was very good,plenty of choice,beds comfortable,only drawback is location,it is quite far from old town although that is not a reflection on the hotel it is just a personal observation,did not bother us as we are quite active and walk quite regularly,plenty of taxis and uber service is quite good in Albuferia,oh and the hotel is right opposite Bonnie Tylers house,good for a bit of celebrity spotting.

Just the location but as I said that is just our personal observation,no reflection on the hotel.

No hot water.

No hot water. When we arrived, we were told the water was off but would be restored soon. When we returned from dinner, we were told the cold water was being restored, but that there would be no hot water until sometime the next day, after we left. I do not blame the staff, but I think we should have been at least offered some discount. Staff in the morning said they would tell the owner/manager, but we have heard nothing. Hot water is very important in cold weather.
