Good pool & pool bar, & indoor pool. Nice room with excellent quality bed. Particularly booked here as it did NOT cater for stag & hen parties...nice quiet location.

Disappointed that reception refused us to cut through the parking garage to Rua Pacifico the road behind despite having a painful medical problem. We were told to walk around unless we hired a car and paid the daily garage fee to park. VERY UNSYMPATHETIC!

The studio was very nice and had everything we needed. A balcony, a lovely bathroom, amazing staff, a comfortable hotel lounge, and a great location with shops nearby. It is also close to the beach and the old town.

Not all guests followed the indoor pool and jacuzzi rules.

Overall good hotel with nice amenities, good value for money!

I wish they would have provided some dish soap to wash the dishes. It would promote people to clean the dishes properly if they are too cheap to go buy their own:)

It was in a very good location and had everything one needed at a good price. The staff solved an issue our room had very nicely. Overall was a good experience.

Clean room. Excellent location - next to restaurants and supermarkets (although far from the beach). The microwave wasn't working, but was quickly fixed by the hotel staff. There is a pool (even though the use of a swimming cap is required, I haven't seen anyone wearing one).

Property is listed as a `Private apartment in building`, but it turned out to be a hotel, which was unexpected since I was filtering specifically for apartments. It means there are only tourists around you, so the noise is coming from neighboring rooms during the day and night – extremely loud vibrations from moving chairs around. Can't sleep without earplugs. Daily room service can be a bit disruptive, but you can hang a Do Not Disturb sign. No washing machine, and even if you wash manually, it won't dry on the balcony drying racks because of the humid climate.

Very attentive staff and spotless clean. Fastest check in ever and Suzanna on reception was super efficient and helpful. She printed us bus timetables for surrounding resorts which were really helpful and all with a smile.. Great location too and lovely breakfast.

Liked everything...

The location was excellent, with a small shopping center nearby that made it very convenient for dining and shopping. The indoor pool was fantastic, offering a refreshing retreat on hot, sunny days. The outdoor pools were a great size, always clean, and very inviting. Breakfast had a good variety of options.

The pool towels had to be rented with a daily fee and a deposit, which was not very convenient. It was also mandatory to wear swimming caps in the indoor pool, and while the hotel rented them as well, payments for these extras could not be made by credit card, which was annoying. Parking on the street was very limited and competitive, and we were not offered hotel parking. The beach was not easily accessible without a car and seemed closer in the description than it actually is. Finally, we had an unpleasant surprise when a cockroach appeared in our room, which upset my wife a lot.

It was a great hotel rooms were exceptionally big we were there for a wedding so we had a big crowd adults and's children

The battle was very expensive and menu very basic need to up there game there Could do with some sort of entertainment as had too get taxi every night into old or new town for food and entertainment Could do with something for children as well maybe a kids club from 10 to 12 and's 3 to 5 and something interesting evening for everyone

Location

It felt like a nonstop party – the pool area was littered with empty bottles, cans, and cups. My daughter and I went down for a swim but quickly changed our minds because it felt more like a chaotic spring break party than a relaxing hotel pool.

Great rooms and very large to with everything we needed.

Not hotels fault, but drunk hens & stags & other quests coming in after 3am,and later being very loud, banging, running around. Not good!!

Location was good.

The breakfast had flies( like 10 to 20 flies in various items). The bathroom door didn't close.No exhaust fan in toilet.

Facilities were good and room was cleaned everyday, bar staff were extremely nice and helpful. Very good location as only 10 minute walk to either the old town or the strip.

When we went there was large groups of people staying at the hotel. They were extremely loud, playing loud music whilst shouting. I made the staff aware who told them to quieten down, this lasted all of 5 minutes then they were back to the way they were before. Was hard to relax with them screaming constantly.

less groups of youths bringing their own alcohol to drink at the pool.would have like to seen more security and someone question the gangs arriving at pool for day were they actually staying there.

The hotel was great, spacious clean rooms, excellent facilities and a close work to old and new town. Each town was approximately 15-20 mins walk. I would definitely stay here again!

At times the bathroom had a strange smell to it.

We loved the cleanliness and comfort of the apartment. Location is around a ten minute walk from the old town. The pool area is lovely. Bed was very clean and comfortable. Cleaning staff are exceptionally friendly, (going as far as cleaning my partner's foot after he walked on glass).

Reception staff are not so friendly (a polite smile or hello would make a difference). We were given a ground floor apartment which faced a wall, and had no sun. When we asked to be changed we were given a blunt 'No' even though the place was not at full capacity. I suggest double checking where your apartment is allocated.

The hotel is spotless, and the cleaning staff are brilliant at their job. We had the one-bedroom apartment and couldn't believe the space we had, as well as the storage space for suitcases, clothes, etc. The pool area and hotel itself are really chilled, nice for families and couples.

The bar was a bit pricey for food and alcohol. We would have liked to hang out more there for lunch but found it to be expensive for what it was.
