Good WiFi, nice staff good location clean rooms plenty of towels

Too many noisy dogs the pool is very small for the amount of rooms

Very good location for bars restaurants etc, we stayed in January so pretty quiet, easy secured parking, friendly staff, spacious penthouse appartment, large sun terrace, very cheap.

The whole complex is looking a bit tired, interior very dated, insufficient cooking utensals pans etc, be aware if you are on the top floor their is no lift, stained linen and blankets, no sound proofing, which for us was not too bad but in peak season you’ll need ear plugs!!Great place for a stag dos or hen party in the busier months but wouldn’t recommend for couples or families at these times, however out of season would be fine.

Very spacious 2 bed apartment with big family terrace / balcony . Large kitchen with all the amenities you need . Large living area with two big sofas , tables and chairs , to and my grandson loved the chair swing . 2 bathrooms, 1 en-suite and downstairs toilet. Short walk to bars/restaurants and bus stop and supermarket. Nice area .

Shower door was fiddly in one room and toilet seat lose , other room en-suite shower door had to be blocked because it would have broken ( gap between sink and door ) . Couldn’t check in until 2.30 and we arrived 9.30 , was along day after flying early . We were aware of 4 checkin but had requested early because we had grandson .

Outstanding. I have been coming to this Hotel for three years in Albuferia. I came back a few weeks ago and am coming back again in May, September and October. Spootlesly clean, outstanding staff and made to feel as part as the family there. See you in two weeks time. Kindest regards, Julie Tustain. X

Location was poor which was our fault when booking

We just stayed one night. Rooms comfortable nice and clean. Very good of value. We liked .

£250 deposit taken but won’t get back for days, not particularly attractive or clean. In need of a total renovation!

I liked my stay, although it was very short visit. The room was super spacious with two balconies with a garden view.

Excellent value for money and the hotel was tidy and staff on reception were very helpful despite a wave of people all arriving at once. Considering all of the reviews prior to 2024 are so volatile, the hotel stay was good and we would happily stay here again!

A few ants in our room but nothing dramatic.

You had to pay £250 euros deposit bit excessive

Our group of nine booked accommodation through the app, where it stated that a €250 deposit was required in case of any damages. However, it did not mention that this deposit would be required separately for each of the three rooms we booked. When we arrived, we tried to clarify the situation with the receptionist, but she was unhelpful and somewhat rude from the beginning. While we understand that she was following the hotel’s policies, she did not make any effort to understand our perspective as guests.Since we were a group of nine, filling out the necessary paperwork naturally took some time. Other guests were waiting, but instead of allowing us to complete the forms properly, she abruptly took them away and told us to go outside, which was completely unreasonable.That being said, the stay itself was great—the rooms were exceptionally clean and cozy, with a lovely balcony. Overall, we really enjoyed our time there, apart from the experience with the receptionist.

The location and the staff were great.

We were there for 43 nights and weren’t sure what the housekeeping offering was for us. The front desk seemed to have two different answers for us. One said that we would get new towels, sheets etc every two weeks and they would change the bedding and do a clean of the apartment at the same time, the other said they would just put the new towels and sheets in our room and we were responsible for the rest. It ended up that we just got new towels and sheets, it would be nice if this policy was confirmed with the property so they could give us the correct information. It would also be nice if they did change the bedding, towels and clean the apartment every two weeks. The property worked out very well for us, just would like clarification on the housekeeping.

Handy Location, apartments were well equipped and clean. Great value for money

I didn’t like it being sprung on me that there was 250€ deposit had to be left, nothing against a deposit but I’ve never had to leave over 100€. Also It wasn’t explained when I would receive my refund for the deposit. Just think getting 250€ sprung on you would be a very big downer if you were going on a budget

The shower needs updating rust on the chrome poor towelling no where to hang the towel only leave on the toilet

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Great for a long stay with all the facilities, for cooking and washing clothes in the room, the outside drying area was very handy and private. The staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough to help.
