Cheerfulway Minichoro Apartamentos

nice people very heplfull, Minichorro I like when I finally got there. 3 days in Aqua Maris, very nice, BUT not where I planned to be. The walk to the Strip and Inter Marche was tooo far!!!.

big problem they took md to Aqua Maris, at 12.30 at night.no notification!!! 3 days later I transfered to the Minichorro. I fell down the stairs of the pool. there was a foot bath at top of stairs very badly placed!!!!!!! so I fell down hurt my shoulder.

The staff were great alway there to help. hotel very dated and gould do will a good luck of paint. Would stay again as we ha e a very large group and it was clean and a bed

bedding was dirty towels were dirty tv didn’t work and was the size of a ipad the door handle didn’t work u had to kick it down to get in the balcony door was broken went to the staff for help they didn’t facilitate

The property is very run down with no WiFi in rooms or ceiling light (strange) only lamps they never came to change the sheets or clean the apartment in 8 days

The apartment was clean and spacious with 2 full bathrooms which was great as there's 5 of us. The location is good, a 5 minute walk from the strip and 15 minutes to a lovely beach. 5 minutes from the bus stop, and 2 minutes from a little Spar supermarket for all the essentials. The reception is 24 hours which is really good as we had a flight delay then it took nearly a hour for passport control so we arrived at 1am. The cleaners come in daily and emptied all the bins, topped up toilet rolls etc. I was really worried about the apartments after reading the reviews, but I can honestly say it was a great stay and very good value. We travel alot with our children and try and keep to a budget so we can take extra trips. Theae apartments where perfect and just what we needed / Expected. It's not a 5 star, if you want luxury, pay for it. If you want somewhere as a base which is clean and tidy and a great price, this is the place.

The kitchen wasn't greatly equipped but we managed with what there was for breakfast and some lunches as we are out dinner time.

Staff were very hospitable! Rooms were nice for the value !

I didn't like how most fire exits were blocked and only elevator to get to room .need a stair case !

everything.we got redirected to balaia plaza apartments and it was terrible. I'm awaiting to hear back from customers services . its not a healthy place to stay.

Very outdated and battered. Extremely noisy with people around you definitely not for families!

The staff were very friendly & helpful .The apartments were quietThe reception area was fineThere was a bar but it was closed

The room was basic. The front door didn't work properly.I was locked out 4 times.The bathroom smelt very bad The small kitchen didn't have any cloths or tea towels.

Awful cockroach on 5th floor room 507 everything filthy

Cleaner never came only to empty bins asked d educated for clean towels took hours apartment cockroach on 5th floor would never ever recommend this at all wants knock v down rebuilding I could say lots more hot photos too

apartment was very primitive , no electric in kitchen area , nothing done to fix it after reporting it ,no lights in one of the bedrooms ,window in other bedroom broken ,wind howling through at night time also poor lighting in that bedroom too ,bath was stained ,leak in kitchen sink ,electric sockets were scarce and positioned In awkward places I.e behind cupboards etc , last but not least kitchen area infested with ants . photos are available but can't upload them to this review

The staff on reception where helpful and friendly. We checked in late and had lost our baggage at reclaim. The receptionist helped source me a phone charger.

The apartment could of done with some up dating and there was some dodgy electric wiring in the place. The noise from other guests was un acceptable and took ages to deal with. This would start around 2 am and go onto 5 am. The hotel did say good bye to the noisy guests after 2 nights and peace returned. The pool bar is also expensive for what's on offer and the pool toilets had been vandalized and had no paper.

Location was good.

Room not cleaned once in 10 days I was there, had to go to reception every day to get towels. Was no hot water for shower 2 days in a row. Staff on reception, specifically Carlos was extremely rude numerous times.

Value for money ok for a few nights away solo / friends

Good location

Was very dated, was crack in balcony glass door, the toilet when flushed sounded like waterfall and went on for hours, the front door didn’t fully close while it locked didn’t feel very secure, was very very loud herd everything, about 2am music was started not sure if above are below. But went on to after 5am, so no sleep was possible, tried ring reception but didn’t ring out on phone

Very dirty, towels weren’t changed we had to go reception to ask and even then they were complaining about giving us towels. No one cleaned the room during our stay. Staff were rude, while we were checking in I paid for the hotel through booking.com and the receptionist started getting aggressive and was swearing in Portuguese under her breath. The beds were uncomfortable and dirty. The safe did not work in the room. Overall it was a nasty, dirty experience, it was definitely not a 3 star hotel, wouldn’t give it higher than 1 start.

Absolutely nothing the place was rotten , the cleaners were pushing new fresh bed sheets about in shopping trolllies , the beds were like sleeping on blocks of ice , never again would I visit this property

Everything the pool was stinking and the rooms had cockroaches in them none of the plugs worked

This is not a five star hotel. it is cheap accomodation that has everything you need which is reflected in the competitive pricing. The staff were lovely and gave us an upgrade. The accomodation was so spacious and a good convenient location. We couldn't fault it.

You could hear people walking in the rooms above but to be expected.
