Hotel is great location

I have booked a private taxi to the airport. Needed help as the taxi was late. Asked Receptionist to help as tge taxi was a little late. She refused to help me as I didn¿t book taxi with the hotel.

The breakfast was good

Location is right across from a nightclub, so it is loud. All the patrons staying are british hooligans that yell and scream

We got a room upgrade, it was really nice. All the facilities are fine, breakfast is really nice. Swimming pool looks nice, but unfortunately we didnt get the chance to try it out.

I would have liked a double bed instead of two single beds.

The hotel was clean and appealing. The breakfast was plentiful, good and with plenty of selection. The front desk staff was EXCEPTIONALl! Anastasia went above and beyond in assisting us with getting us an apartment in the back of the property as I was not thrilled that the hotel was located directly across from a dance club. We did not want to hear the loud noise starting late in the evening. She was cordial, honest, pleasant and tried her best to make us feel comfortable. Her associate Natalia was equally pleasant, patient and helpful.

The club was directly across from a dance club and the hotel rooms face directly across from the dance club.

Had an apartment so it was spacious and being in the back building it was well away from the very loud disco across the street that goes til 6 am. But I didn’t hear anything in my room. Very clean, friendly staff. Also a good location with an easy walk to the “Strip” and just a short ride to old town.

Nothing, was all good. Just would’ve been great if there were some hooks in the bathroom to hang the clothes other than that everything was great.

Location was close to the beach and incredibly close to the party strip and has got a club just opposite the hotel. Breakfast was quite nice, rooms were decent and spacious. Bathroom was in a great condition too.

The hotel was really nice and staff was incredibly kind, but this area is run over by groups of English people. If this is your crowd - amazing! Otherwise you might want to check out a different area.

This hotel is fabulous and the staff is what makes it. They are all so friendly and helpful, their kindness really made the trip better! I hope I have the correct name but Anastasia with the funky pink glasses was super kind and helpful! Bar staff also very welcoming. The room was perfect with lots of storage

On the Friday of my stay the nightclub was really loud across the road. That’s the only downside. Earplugs would help except I had an early flight and had a fear I’d miss my alarm.

Location was great, the hotel was beautiful, so clean and comfortable. Staff couldn't be more helpful. The bar staff were exceptionally friendly, were the life and soul of or stay, they made the best cocktails ?

Staff were friendly and quick service. Rooms very spacious and clean. Beds comfortable. Quite quiet.

Poor ventilation in the toilets

First day of the hotel reopening so I got a very good rate. Great value for money, comfortable, clean room.

Room was fab very clean and very good housekeeping. Very pleasant staff.

Bar and restaurant very poor service and food. Could have been cleaner and more hygienic around food.

Taxis in to old town come so quick after booking from reception

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel in Albufeira for five nights in March 2025, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help. A special mention to Daniel at the reception, who was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay.The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. The bathroom was also spotless and well-equipped, making our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the thoughtful gesture from the hotel on my husband’s birthday—they surprised us with a small birthday cake and a delicious fresh orange juice from the region. This special touch truly made our experience even more memorable.Since we visited in March, which is not peak season, the atmosphere was peaceful and exclusive, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy both the hotel and the city without the usual crowds. This made our stay even more enjoyable.Overall, our experience was exceptional, and we would definitely return. If you are looking for a place with great service, outstanding hospitality, and a comfortable stay in Albufeira, this hotel is an excellent choice!Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special!

I like everything but we don’t know about of peak season and we didn’t tryed the breakfast

Adorable staff, excellent cleanliness, great location, delicious breakfast.

The property is very clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. They have a great selection.

Nothing major, just minor things - The pool was closed, there was no countertop space for makeup, and the lighting was not the best.

I have previously visited at his hotel in 2022 and I asked for the same room and was given everything I asked for and more. It was a brilliant stay for the event I arrived for.The hotel was accommodating to me and the other guests who came from abroad for the event. They looked after us especially around breakfast when we all came to eat late!! Thank you Topazio ?

The only complaint I had was the view from my room was not so appealing so asked that on my next visit that I get a view of the pool but on the same side of the building. Otherwise, overall it was a brilliant stay.

The property is very clean Staff are always cleaning. There’s always staff available. All the staff are very friendly very nice and polite.

The location is less than a 10 minute walk to the strip and beach flat area and you will feel safe
