The sports facilities are outstanding ..All the staff were great..the front desk could not have been more helpful, Lara in particular.I've already booked to go back

It's quite old. The bathroom might be renovated slightly, to offer a fresh look.The pillows are uncomfortable ?

The area is very nice, peaceful and connected to nature.

Wifi didn't work well in the room. Often cutting out. Making some of my work difficult to do.

Such an outstanding staff at all levels, loving, caring, genuinely supportive, goes.extra mile to help and make the stay comfortable. Our kids and us loved it there. So many dedicated activities, well planned through out the day. Bird show, Reptile show, Belly dancing, kids continuous activities.I must say Flora and Arthur together did an amazing excellent job together to keep families happy with so much energy and passion in them to make it all exciting for kids and parents. Big bid thank you to both of them. Marta and Johana are amazing and loving. The staff at breakfast and dinner are amazing. The front desk is always available with a big smile on their faces to greet their guests. We have been to so many countries at so many resorts, but AP beach and resort in Faro has something very different and positive about it, so much positive energy from staff.Arthur, Flora, thank you so much for amazing time!

It was a perfect stay. We got a bigger room, so it was a great improvement for us.Food in the restaurant was good, breakfast options are the same every. Lunch and dinner are various options, with different fish meals.Bar near pool provides various drinks. Snacks bar near pool quit poor food options, every day the same.Every evening there are some different events, shows near pool. For the childrens works, kids club animators.

Mattress for beds are not comfortable.

Rooms are a bit old to be fair. The wifi is aweful. TVs not great. No electric plugs in bathroom. Beds really soft

We had no code for the entrance to the hotel via the track which was slightly inconvenient at times

The food could be a bit more varied as each meal is similar but that said there is quite a lot of choice and it is plentiful.

Stayed at the hotel with a group of athletes, using the facilities for a training trip. The hotel was perfect, great facilities, comfortable, very good food options and accommodating staff.

Lack of flexibility with staff. Poor food quality. Poor bar service and lack of an actual bar. Reception staff refusing to rectify the oversight in booking outside our group refusing to speak to the manager for solutions and charging up £540 extra for upgrade of all inclusive. Condescending and patronising responses

Very clean! Great pool and Jacuzzi. I didn't use the track but the gym was very nice. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The food was very nice - great variety and quality as well.

The hotel was very close to the sandy beaches and we could walk miles on the beach sand or up top on the cliffs. The people were excellent at the desk and restaurantThere were alot of people at the place who were sporty. They had a track and sponsored some marathon.The food was great , buffet style and breakfast was complementary for our stay. They were lots of other restaurants close by. Nice area. I would go again. I tend to like boutique hotels more or homes but this was perfect for only 1 night. On our way to a yoga retreat to the Lago area

It was pretty nosy. Lots of people coming and going. Looked like they were sports event people! I still enjoyed all the different people there from all over doing a marathon

There was no secure WIFI, just an open network without any passwords. Also the studio rooms are out of date. Breakfast was oké, not special but what they provided was good. Super friendly staff. There is a hanger in the room that you can keep your towel to save water, but even if you hang your towel, cleaning staff takes away your used towel and puts a new one. That is not really environmental friendly. I was surprised that this was 4* hotel.

Shame about the noise from the entertainment area every night, so close to the apartment. I did ask to be over to the other side of the hotel when I booked. Room and beds very comfortable and clean. The breakfast is first rate with great variety and the coffee machine is excellent!

Would have been nice to have a steam room and sauna that was available all the time.

Great, clean, well equipped apartment. Lovely views from the balcony. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Really helpful and friendly staff. Close to the beautiful beaches. Supermarkets and restaurants a short walk away.

Stayed to watch the European Athletics Clubs Cross Country. It was a perfect location. Apartment was well equipped and the breakfast delicious
