The bathroom door didn't close normally, was different than in pictures, all the furniture was old, and also found 2 big bugs

It is very roomy, 2 balconies are great although the second one should have a cheap table and couple chairs as well, but still positive.The 3 pools are great, plus the jacuzzi is a great experience, but there is a queue due to the time the jacuzzi stops working, also the jacuzzi says it's for up to 5 people but then it's crowded and not a good experience, the best situation is just 2 adults because then you can properly enjoy the relaxing time. Overall a worthy experience, and if you aim to be in the city center and your focus is enjoying the beaches as well as the nightlife, it's the perfect option.

The bathroom bath and the curtains are really annoying, they should be replaced with the glass door for example (usually that plastic one) or if the bath was a bit wider they wouldn't be so close to you while showering, the water stream is very strong which is positive but maybe a better shower head could use that power better.Also I received a message from them regarding the need for a security deposit of 100 euros per person this wasn't needed when I arrived there, I had the annoyance of withdrawing the cash but then it wasn't required because it was a family, this is actually a positive thing however I would have liked to know this ahead of time, so it should be on their page something like, families with 1 kid and 2 adults don't need to pay the security deposit.

Enjoyed the use of the indoor pool and the pool table in the bar. The beds were really comfy and the outside patio area was a bonus.

The café closed so early, all we would be able to get was pizza from the bar. The jacuzzi really needs to have a handrail as my mum fell when trying to get in.

The property was decent, the pools and the gym were very pleasant, the reception and the bar were very nice.

For me and my family the only problem we face and that was a big problem for us was the noise because we only stayed one night and we had come from a trip and we were very tired and we wanted to rest but the noise didn’t stop until around 3 am.

Spacious apartment

Two of the beds were very uncomfortable, wifi was terrible kept dropping out and the walls are paper thin so don’t expect to get much sleep once the town goers return

The pool and pool cafe are excellent. The staff at the cafe are lovely and the food is freshly cooked and reasonably priced. The reception staff were helpful.

There is nothing in the vicinity but the taxis are really cheap. Only a few euros to the beach and the old town or the strip.

Size of the rooms

Bathroom was pretty bad designed. It was not possible to take a shower without making a undesired water pool in the ground.

I did notice anything about the property. We were very disappointed.

The rooms were not cleaned well. They sent us to the wrong floor. You could smell smoke from other people in our room. From 2-6:00 am people were screaming and running the halls banging on doors. It was so scary.

Good location and had good staff and facilities

Ovens didn’t work smoked when we turned them on

Staff were friendly and plenty of swimming pool access and loungers

I think asking for 100 euro per person as a deposit is very expensive I think 100 euro or 200 euro per room would be more appropriate however we did pay the deposit and we got ours back no problem

the pool, the indoor pool was especially nice due to the bad weather it was nice to go inside and the hottub etc. The shop inside reception was also great and stocked up well!

Not much to not like, the outdoor pool was freezing but good size.

We were pleasantly surprised after reading some of the previous reviews Great apartments, spacious and within walking distance to both the old town and new town. Also plenty of nearby parking!3 pools, 2 bars and plenty of outdoor space to chill.Staff were very friendly and helpfulRooms were cleaned everyday and towels changed every other. Public areas were well maintained despite the painters being there.We didnt have to pay a deposit, so had more spending money ?Would definately recomend this property to friends and family

The smoke alarm in our bedroom had a bright flashing green light throughout the night,which couldnt be turned off!No sockets by the bedside tablesWifi was poor in the bedroomThe extractors in the rooms werent very effective. If someone in another apartment was cooking the smell travelled into the lifts and public areas, which wasnt very pleasant at all :(

Great hotel for a reasonable price. Amazing facilities and view from the room.

The place was quiet swimming pool really nice whit jacuzzi. Outdoor chairs to get some sun baiting. Really nice.

At arrival i noticed that the tv was not working and warned the reception and for the entire time I stayed in the hotel nobody was able to go check what the issue was.

It was a very good apartment, clean and the staff were friendly. Especially the housekeeping crew ☺️?

Value for money . You get what you pay for u suppose.

Misleading !!! Advert stated children's indoor play area but this didn't exist. Also alot of renovation outside apartment so wasn't very appealing.

Good facilities for a group visit. The cost was very reasonable and fair and a short walk from a shop. A five minute Uber takes you to the main strip.
