Room could of been cleaned better(Not a deal breaker)

The vibes are good. The beach is stunning. The Grill restaurant is very delicious for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Reservations are needed for dinner. The show that highlighted Portuguese dancing was fun for all ages. The spa services were relaxing. Our room had a balcony.

Our first room smelled like stale BO but they moved us after a couple hours to another room that smelled nice. There was some mold growing in the cracks of the shower of our new room. The buffet was sometimes questionable.

Beautiful location with great beach access and many activities for families.

Front desk manager was nice who helped us with booking change which we requested. Rooms were decent but very far from front desk / restaurants / pool etc.

Just one pool on the property. Steam / Sauna are not very effective.Food was not good at all. Very less vegitarian options and tasted really bad.Cocktails were very average too. Location Is too far from the main Algarve attractions.

Lovely hotel, great service. Dinner at the restaurant Celeiro was just amazing. All staff very friendly and helpful, they really made our stay special. Big special thank you too Suzana, Monica and Osvaldo Diogo from reception, Abbes, Carlos, Sergio Adriano, Rosana, Érika. Teresinha and all bar staff. Will definitely be back

The territory is absolutely stunning—beautifully maintained and spacious, perfect for relaxing strolls or simply enjoying the surroundings. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and professional, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.There was a great variety of activities available, catering to all ages and interests. A special shout-out to the animation team, who did a fantastic job keeping everyone entertained with energy and creativity throughout the day and evening.

One suggestion for improvement would be to consider allocating separate blocks for families with small children. It would help balance the needs of those looking for a quieter experience with those traveling with young kids

Location and cleanliness

The outdoor pool is not heated and therefore it was too cold to swim even with an 18 degrees weather. This really damping our stay

The food was great, and the atmosphere was fantastic, but the animators are absolutely the spirit of that place. Amazing, very professional, talented, and friendly animators.

Nothing I didn't like

Problems with room phones, safes and balcony doors. There are too few staff working so you have to wait ages to get served or for your dining table to be laid. Adult only pool always has children in it. If this is a 4 star hotel I’m Han Solo.

Staff all very friendly and professional. Food was very good.

Cleanliness in the outside public areas in particular the clearing of plates and glasses.

All the staff were very friendly — the reception desk, the guys at the bar, and those in the dining hall. Everyone was smiling and hardworking. They truly deserve to be working at a better place. The green areas are very well maintained, and it’s clear that a lot of funds go into their upkeep.

Oh boy, the negatives... I don’t even know where to start — I could honestly write a book.Let me begin with the food, which was the main thing that ruined our stay. Meals were consistently disappointing: eggs were cold at breakfast, meats were barely warm at lunch and dinner, and the quality and origin of both meats and vegetables were very questionable. Most of the food was completely tasteless and, about 90% of the time, inedible — no matter what you picked. Around 60% of the food was deep-fried in oil, which only made things worse.The drinks at the bar were terrible. The coffee? Probably the worst I’ve had in my life — and I truly mean that. And the wine... oh my, what a disgrace.We made the smart decision to rent a car at the airport, which allowed us to eat out. We ended up spending over 400 euros dining in local restaurants during our "all-inclusive" 6-day stay — just to have a decent meal.Now about the smoking: I’m not a smoker and I don’t enjoy being around smoke, but at this hotel, it’s everywhere. There are no designated smoking or non-smoking areas. All the outdoor spaces are filled with smoke, and the hotel even seems to embrace it — they have cigarette vending machines on-site. If you’re visiting with kids, good luck keeping them away from it.Other issues? Glass tableware was allowed in the pool area — a serious safety hazard — yet you couldn’t take a glass out of the dining hall. The bar had a constant smell of vomit; my fiancée wouldn’t even walk in because it made her feel sick. The floor in our room wasn’t mopped once during our entire stay, and the overall room cleanliness was well below standard.We will never, ever return.

All food at every meal tasted great. Our only complaint was that it was mainly cool or cold instead of piping hot - even when we went on the restaurant opening time. Staff were so professional and helpful, always happy and greeted us every time. They were always eager to help. We have this trip annually in Portugal, but this is our first time with AP Adrianna and we loved it. If the price is right in our budget, we will definitely be back every year.

The on cite gift shop was closed during our visit but… that gave us the opportunity to walk the Albufeira beach to the pier so not so bad after all.

Beautiful location! Great quality and choice of food. Good activities options - tennis, minigolf, spa, etc.

Rooms are cold in the winter (we stayed in February), had to use AC to heat it up. It appears they have only twin beds in all resort which is not convenient for the couples. No laundry self service - no options to wash clothes. No options to use iron. Rooms could be more modern, some renovation would be good.

I left my bag on the chair in one of the lounge near the reception, someone stole €50 from my bag. The bag was handed at reception but €50 was missing. Apart from that, our stay was excellent.

Spacious. Very well maintained. Well laid out. Beautiful pool and garden

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Location is lovely, with a short walk to the sandy beach, and then can walk along the beach approx 4km to the Marina. Grounds were immaculate and well maintained. Lots of activities for Children and older kids alike.

All inclusive meals were good, but evening meals could do with a little more variation.
