    Pros +

    • Great selection of food, plenty of choice. Staff were very friendly & helpful. We stayed in family plus room, huge rooms and balcony.
    • I really enjoyed the main meals – there was a very complete and good-quality offer. The lady at the spa was very friendly, and I also loved the view from the room.
    • Excellent breakfast, lovely staff, beautiful location, comfortable stay.

    Cons -

    • Indoor pool was additional charge
    • The cleanliness left something to be desired from the start – when we arrived, the minibar was dirty and still contained items from previous guests, and the shower gel had not been replenished. There was also mould on the bathroom ceilings and silicone seals. The hotel itself is not very large and doesn’t offer many spaces or activities to keep guests entertained, which can make the stay feel a bit boring.Additionally, the room windows let in quite a lot of cold air, and a lot of noise from inside the hotel could be heard during the night, which made it difficult to sleep. Unfortunately, there were two large groups of young guests staying at the hotel who were extremely noisy.

The hotel was perfect, and so was the staff. My friends and I were surprised by the staff and were upgraded to a premium all-inclusive package.

meals good-much improved and more varied menu than last yearreception staff very good , especially Mohammed the porter who instantly recognized us and was very helpful as on previous occasions. -a good ambassador for the hotel.

asked for room near lift or at least not too far too walk as we are disabled and unable to walk far-ended up at furthest point of corridor-too far to walk.

Reception check in not welcomingConfusing unorganised

Cleanliness red wine stain on tile floor outside room for 5 days Rooms in need of care chipped tiles, balcony falling apart, housekeeping fresh towels that’s about it, bathroom shower head broken!

Comfy beds, nice location. Large rooms and generous facilities, our room had a bathroom and separate shower room.

Door from the bedroom to the ensuite was completely out of alignment and didn't shut. The hatch above the toilet into ducting pipework was falling down. The aircon didn't work because it only works when the patio doors lock and our lounge patio door didn't lock so the air con wouldn't come on. All faults reported but nothing was done about it. Food was the same almost every day, seating area outside restaurant was only open to people drinking in the bar and not people eating.

Thought it looked like a quiet. nice hotel as was wrong - noisy, dated

very noisy, rooms dated, food choice poor

Overall experience was amazing with super comfy beds, spacious rooms and friendly staff with kids entertainment facility. We went with the all inclusive option and wasn’t disappointed. There were variety of options to choose from for both kids and adults and desserts were absolutely delicious.

There was no tea/ coffee making facility in the room. Had to pop down to the restaurant to grab one with the breakfast and afternoon snack.

    Disappointing

Our room flooded from the toilet system at 5am on the morning of our departure, no compensation from the hotel other than the offer to use a different room to shower as our water had to be turned off

Friendly Service, Comfort & Amenities, Great Dining Options, Impeccable Cleanliness and the room had a Spacious Layout with lots of space.

Nothing to point out during our stay.

It’s in a quiet location, not far from a beach (albeit a small beach) which was important for me. The spa was nice, peaceful and quiet, another important factor for me. The staff were pleasant, attentive and helpful. They were always happy to answer questions, offer help and even gave me a birthday cake! I think my room was also upgraded free of charge and the room was really spacious with two bathrooms and two balconies which was a nice touch. Breakfast was okay with fresh fruit and pastries, but I would have liked some more vegetarian options. I didn’t eat lunch or dinner there. It’s not too far from the old town or the strip, with uber taxis costing about €4-5 each way. There is a free shuttle to the old town which is a nice gesture but I never used it. The communal areas like hallways, lifts and the bar/restaurant were really clean. The staff cleaned messes up really quickly but discreetly. The grounds are really pleasant with nice scenery and plants/trees.

The communal pool (not the spa pool) is not heated so was freezing and not too inviting. There is no iron in the room, I waited about 30 mins after requesting an iron that never arrived before I had to go out. But when I came back to the room, the iron and ironing board was left for me, so it wasn’t all bad. Many of the plugs sockets in the room were not working and the facilities in the spa were all switched off when I arrived so I had to wait about 20 mins for the sauna to heat up before being able to get in. I guess this is to benefit the carbon footprint. There were some parts around the hotel and also in the room that could do with upgrading/maintenance like mould in places and weathering of the walls. Unfortunately none of the rooms have a double bed, instead single beds are made up to one double bed. The mattresses, pillows and bedding were really comfortable but the mattresses kept separating during the night which made it feel like I could fall between the two single mattresses. A few small upgrades/improvements could make this a luxury hotel. With all of that said, it is a really nice place and I would visit again. I had a really nice and relaxing time there.

spa area for kids was lovely - although the staff there let us in at 9am most days - one day they were refusing our entry until 10:30. staff were very friendly at the bar - but very cold at the dinner/lunch and breakfast area

no heated outdoor pools - even on the sunny days we could go outside but the pool was WAY too cold - even the childrens pool the children couldnt swim in! with the weather being not so great - there was a lack of things to do indoors - so we were at times unable to do much as a family and entertain our child. the hotel kids area (indoors) was terrible - no windows, in a basement, dirty and the toys were all used up, and old there was no communication about a 'unsupervised' kids area - we thought we could utilise the kids club but this was never open the door to go down to the beach was working on the way out but not on the way back so getting back to the hotel was more of a walk than required no communication about the fact this was a golf hotel - alot of men staying at the hotel and did not at times feel relaxing or peaceful

Hotel was refreshing and the staff was very attentive. We got a surprise cake and sparkling wine for our sons birthday. Rooms are big, spacious and comfortable.

    I can't think of a negative comment...

The apartment we stayed in was very spacious and neat and the food variety was super-amazing. The staff were very friendly. Although, we had to wait till about 3pm to go into our apartment having arrived at the hotel 12.40pm, the lunch we had was good enough to suppress the hunger pangs we had. All-inclusive was worth every pound spent

Having to wait from 12:40pm to 3pm to have access to our booked apartment

Good food selection on buffets. Our suite was massive and located really nicely with the children’s play park

The spa / indoor pool was €15 each to use (it’s low season so the weather wasn’t great outside) … but the spa wasn’t particularly high end. The steam room wasn’t steamy and smelt pretty falsty - sauna not that hot and the indoor pool was pretty chilly! The jacuzzi jets didn’t work on one side but was the warmest part of the spa. Just not sure it’s worth €15 a pop!

Rooms clean and tidy, golf bag room and food if required anytime of the day, free parking

Reception need to tell guest to be a little more respectful to other guest,to much noise late at night and early morning slamming room doors, shouting at each other. My partner and I got food poisoning and we only eat at the all inclusive hotel.

    - great HUGE family rooms- beautiful hotel and great staff- food variety and quality was very good

    - paying 15€ /person/day for a small interior pool is insane, having three kids this would have been quite expensive - some small things are broken or damaged in the rooms- overall not feeling like a 5 star hotel, good 4* hotel

    10VanessaPosted on: 2-28-2025

It felt grand and special concentrate. The two bedroom suite with sea view on the second floor was *chef’s kiss*. The food was plentiful and great quality. The staff were charming. They accommodated our young children with patience! The free shuttle bus takes you into the old town three times a day where there is plenty of tourist shops and a stunning beach. You can walk from the hotel down the road for 10 minutes and find a cute secluded beach that is popular with local dog walkers.

The ‘kids club’. An unsupervised, small room in the basement with a handful of abandoned and overused toys. It’s where you’d send your kid if you really don’t like them. We went out of season so there was no entertainment for adults either. The swimming pools outside are not heated, and there is no serving bar poolside. But we only went for four nights so in all none of that mattered to us!
