Beautiful hotel rooms cleaned every day and staff very friendly and helpful

Great location. Staff quite friendly. Pool was nice for the most part.

The restaurant was only open from 8am - 10am for breakfast. The main bar was closed during our entire stay along with the jacuzzi, sauna, steam room. No lifeguard in the pool meant some groups were taking over the whole pool, acting quite dangerous and put others off going into the pool.

Towels were sparse wouldn’t allow us to use towels to remove makeup or would be charged provided no other options . Slightly dirty, exercise equipment old, spa was deteriorating.

The only good thing about this hotel is the staff. They were very welcoming and nice explaining everything.

Apartments are super old, from the 90s and nothing has been replaced. The doors of the cupboards in the kitchen get broken, it is fine, we just take them off. Scratched with oxide fridge and no oven. The bath sink hole was full of mouldy silicone. They don't know what duvets are. They still use the old 90s blankets and covers for the beds. And the room smelled like fried fish... disgusting. They can at least put fresheners or some kind of scent.We also booked this hotel because of the indoor pool (it was April), and when we arrived they told us the pool is full but there is an issue with the heating so water is cold. We booked this one exactly because of the pool for the kids! The jacuzzi was hidden under fake grass so I guess that doesn't work anymore. Very bad experience, the owner of this hotel should invest in it. This is not a 4 stars hotel, this is a 1 or 2 stars hotel.

Nothing was too much hassle, easy check in, staff allowed us to enjoy facilities and drinks, allowed us to play the games we wanted. Always wished we enjoyed the day ahead whilst all leaving hotel in fancy dress. Great staff and good accommodation

One staff member on night shift, was often rude when we were asking questions and coming home asking what time food opens by pool.

Cheap cheerful with nice staff and good facilities for money paid.

The gym was good.And the mini golf was nice (but you have to pay it’s not included in the stay of your hotel)Location good.

We went in Easter. Only reason booked this hotel was for the indoor pool and jacuzzi. INDOOR POOL HAS NO HEAT PUMP IT WAS FREEZING!! No member of staff warned us beforehand. The jacuzzi is closed and broken.The rooms are soooo old and outdated shower head a joke rusting and old little water pressure, nothing feels or looks 4 stars.pillows are lumpy, iron doesn’t work frying pan was not good, breakfast isn’t included and they obliged us to leave a 400€ deposit, didn’t even give us a copy of the paperwork cause printer was broken. they say takes 2-5 days to give back deposit after you checkout. The weather was cold and raining n we couldn’t enjoy indoor pool so I ended up paying to use indoor pool in another hotel, manager refused to talk to us about it, said she was busy

Me and my family enjoyed how clean and comfortable the Rooms were . The pool and pool bar facilities were great.

The facilities within the hotel are great. The size of the outdoor and indoor pools is very good. The hotel can suit couples and families alike. The size of our room easily facilitated a family of six. The staff are nice and the cleaning staff are very helpful. The location is in between old town and new town which suited the best of both worlds as they are 10 - 15 min walk in either direction. A good supermarket is located 5 min walk from the hotel.

Every now and again depending on the wind, you would get a smell around the pool area. It wasn't constant and didn't impact on us sitting outside. Also would of liked some music playing around the pool area at times throughout the day.

Good location hotel was clean and quiet

No bar in hotel after 7.30pm. The snack bar was not good and a lack of loungers and umbrella's The hotel lacked atmosphere and we were charged 400euro refundable deposit on arrival but not everyone was my elderly parents were charged 200euros incase of damage! The hotel was really overpriced for what you got I paid £2400 for one week in 2 bedroomed apartment while the apartment was lovely and spacious really overpriced for what the hotel offered.

It was clean and lovely! Pool was fab not too busy but lively in middle of July - great balance. Rooms were cleaned everyday - great facilities - great rooms and great value.

Pool bar was expensive. Staff weren’t always very helpful or informative. Sent my friend on a mad way to the pharmacy…

The apartment was very clean. Everything we needed was there. Spacious. Staff at reception and cleaning staff very friendly. Had a problem with the TV, it got sorted very promptly. Lovely outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and indoor pool. Used the treatment room. Lovely lady there for massage.

Abit expensive for a one bedroomed apartment. Met up with friends over there, who booked with Air bnb, got an apartment for much less, and it had great facilities.

Breakfast was nice good choices and good value.

Wish had bit more time entertainment round the pool

Pool area is lovely and nice sized pool. Never an issue getting a sunbed or anything and toilets etc. kept clean. Aircon very good and in each room.

Lady on reception rude & blunt. 1 toilet roll provided per toilet for a 6 bed apartment is a bit ridiculous ended up just going and buying out own. Definitly could do with some renovations, no lights in the bedrooms just a small lamp so the rooms at the front are extremeley dark, and you cant really open the curtains to see better as people are walking past the room. Lamp bases broken , dints in doors etc. Fine for us as we didn't spent too much time here anyway but not sure how its 4 star.
