The reception and personnel were not kind and not give all information. They speak only english and portuguese. Dont deserve 4 stars ! Many claims to obtain what we should haveNo shampoo, for shower gel so hard to use Food always the same for breakfast and lunch , not so various. Wait have seats for eatingFor dinner sometimes no reservation for restaurants so same food as the lunch. Hungry yet after eating restaurantsBeach towel must be rent, very hard to have sunbed, no life guards,

Our recent stay at this hotel was a mixed bag of experiences. The check-in process was a frustrating start; we were met with a long queue and a lack of staff to welcome or assist us, leaving us to wait for a significant amount of time. Not even a single staff member, even smiled or even looked that guests have arrived.Rooms:The room itself was very good, with a comfortable bed and excellent air conditioning, which was a welcome relief from the heat. However, we were surprised to find that the duvet had no cover, which was a bit unhygienic. The bathroom was okay, but we were disappointed to find there were no proper toiletries provided( as expected from a 4 star) and the shower gel in the dispenser was one of the worst I have ever used.Pool:The hotel's pool was a major highlight, but unfortunately, we could never find an available sunbed. We noticed that people would claim beds with their towels in the morning before going to breakfast, leaving them unoccupied for long periods( almost until evening), which was quite frustrating.Restaurants and food:We found the food to be a significant letdown!! Worst ever and I can say it with confidence as a frequent traveller. The options were very limited, repetitive, and lacked any real flavor. The chef seemed to be a machine and not human ☹️. The atmosphere in the main restaurant also felt like a chaos. A basic expectation like live counters for breakfast, lunch, or dinner was completely missing. I was particularly shocked when I was asked to pay an additional amount for a simple omelette during breakfast. Having travelled to many all-inclusive resorts and 4 or 5 star across the globe, I have never experienced this kind of service, especially not at a supposed 4-star establishment.All inclusive concept:The hotel's gimmick of showing multiple specialty restaurants and promoting an all-inclusive concept felt like a trap. Once we booked, we realized it wasn't worth it.

Cons * Check-in: The process was frustrating, with long queues and a lack of welcoming staff. * Room and Bathroom: The duvet had no cover, and no toiletries were provided. * Dining: The food was below average, repetitive, and lacked taste. There were no live counters, and we were asked to pay extra for an omelette. * All-Inclusive Concept: The multiple specialty restaurants and all-inclusive concept felt misleading, as reservations were extremely difficult to get. We had to eat outside the hotel for variety and flavor. * Pool Area: It was impossible to find an available sunbed due to guests claiming them with towels for long periods. * Staff: Only a few staff members were friendly, with a general lack of enthusiasm and motivation among others. * Overall Experience: The service and amenities did not live up to a 4-star rating.Overall, the hotel felt more like a 3-star than the 4-star rating it claims.

The staff were friendly and attentive, the location was excellent, the pool was good and the T1 apartment exceeded all expectations—truly outstanding

Initially, we were given a standard room, but the noise levels were extremely disruptive—people outside were loud until 3 a.m., making it nearly impossible to get a proper night’s sleep.

Great location and value for the all inclusive selection.

The WiFi was really bad.

Great location and good value for money. The grounds were nice and very close to the beach.

I actually thought it was alright, not the finest of course but again good value for money and done the job. Unfortunately the poolside bar was closed but other than that, not bad.

Pools all very clean and plenty of beds. Room very modern and clean.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff were all so helpful and really respectable to the elderly.

No lift to the main restaurant

The location is amazing - the private beach is beautiful. The balcony and apartment sizes were very spacious for us. Bottle of wine on arrival was a nice touch

The food was a joke for a reported ‘4 star location’. Ate out 2 days out of 4. Apartments didn’t get cleaned once - although the staff are friendly. 100€ deposit I knew nothing about before we arrived (also plan for the tourist tax as some people were stung by this) Only 1 bar for the whole of our hotel which was the furthest point from our apartments Lots of promises of food bookings in speciality restaurants - very few open and they were all booked up before 9am (could only book on the day)

Only 1 bar and a few restaurants were open, there were brown streaks on the sheets and towels (false tan stains??), and the lunch/dinner buffet were only edible

Location is good with the beach walking distance but that’s about it.

Even though there are a number of restaurants, the capacity is very low and the quality and choice of the food overall is not up to standard for the price paid for all inclusive. Entertainment was also very limited.

We were on an all inclusive package with a two bedroom apartment.The hotel is in a good location right on the beach. About 5-10 mins in an uber to Albufeira old town, 45 min walk. We tried walking the entire way which I wouldn’t recommend. If you like a good walk and heading that way, get an uber halfway where you can walk the rest of the way along the beach. The first part is not an inspiring walk. Uber appeared to be the cheapest way BTW. Only approximately £4 each way.There is a good amount to be explored along the coast from the hotel, we went for some amazing walks with the kids the few days before we left. Previous to that we spent a lot of sunny days beside the pool while the weather was still 20 degrees+ and the kids were still interested.For dinner, as a family with two young boys, the buffet restaurant (Jacs) was the best option. We went to the Piri Piri restaurant one night, and Mexican another.Piri Piri was ok, but there’s no choice, you get what you get. Starter, main and dessert, and our all inclusive drinks applied. The restaurant looks over the beach which is nice.The Mexican restaurant was ok, needs a refurb. The quesadillas and tacos were ok but covered in a REALLY garlicky sauce that my kids wouldn’t eat (and my kids can usually tolerate garlic amongst other tastes). My husband and I were ok with it, but the burrito was not good. All this said, the staff were really great. Happy to help with anything!All the staff were so lovely, I did see some confusion and lack of knowledge at times with what was available this early in the season. I noted that the hotel was meant to have a bouncy castle and burger bar at the beach bar but so much of this was unavailable. Not all the games were working and staff were unable to help at all. The night we went to the Mexican restaurant we found that was where the bouncy castle was! I have to say my kids were elated but would’ve been nice to know.

The pool is freezing, that cold it's takes your breath away. My daughter was shivering after about 15 minutes and had to warm back up on the sun lounger. It definitely needs some sort of heating. The rooms are nice but a little tatty and in need of a bit of tlc.

This hotel is shabby, it needs some painting and rooms need some love to bring back to standard. We used all pools 2 adults and 2 child pools all.4 are cold. I mean really really cold. They are that cold that my children could not stay in there for no longer than 10-15 minutes before their chin started to shack with the cold temperature. It spoiled the break as the kids had to be entertained as the pool was to cold to stay in.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with a few beautiful beaches just a short walk away. The staff at both the dining area and reception were incredibly friendly, making us feel welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. We also had a great time at the Ocean Bar, where the staff were equally warm and accommodating. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here! Highly recommend!

Comfy beds, beautiful room, delicious buffet, bottle of wine for my birthday, the gardens are Al way so well kept.
