The reception staff have no idea about customer service, we were told by the receptionist she could do nothing about our problems with the hotel, I asked her 'why was I talking to her then' she told me I was rude. do not stay here,

Overall good experience, We have issue in our room with boiler leaking and staff is quick in changing our room as there is risk of short circuit. Snooker experience was good. Kid loved itStaff is very Polite and good. We came in early and they oblige with early check in and also kept out luggage in cloak room till we visited Beach.Very close to beach and that is one of the very quiet and best beaches . Would love to be back hereOnly other feedback was Less options on Breakfast Menu and Pool is not that clean. Also they have Dart but that is non functional. They also charged for Pool towels which i find very unusual

It's located near a path to the beach. The facility was clean and met our needs. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bed sheets had waayyyy too much starch. It was like sleeping between paper sheets. It crunched every time I moved and not comfy.

Air conditioning not very strong. All the rest was perfecto! Sergio en la recepción estuvo muy amable y generoso!!

Although it seems an old hotel seems tha all rooms have been renovated.Comfortable beds and pillows. Spacious bathroom and a cute little balcony. So peaceful and kid friendly.

Needs hooks for the toilet paper and towels in the bathroom.

Absolutely fantastic stay!The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk to the beach and super close to convenient amenities like supermarkets and shops. The staff went above and beyond throughout our stay: warm, friendly, and always ready to help. We even left something behind in the room after we checked out, and they were incredibly kind and efficient in helping us get it back overseas. Truly impressive service. Highly recommended!

Clean and quite and close to the beach

The Gym was an utter joke. Most of the equipment was broken or some obsolette that you could do your self an injury using it. There is effect was no gym at this resort.

Location and property setting, walking distance to the beach. Beach access set with steps .

Website offers year round swimming pools, unfortunately swimming is not heated. Water is cold in spring months even the weather is warm . We were not able to enjoy swimming pools. And some problems with fire alarm was address by management.

Great location. Beach very close. Superb 2 bed family room with own rooftop area lovely viewsI asked for Valentine’s Day package which was superb as when we arrived in room we had love hearts everywhere a delicious cake and some sparkling wine and many beautiful balloons all for €35 !

A small point or two - maybe somewhere to drain cutlery / utensils etc once washed in sink and also lack of hooks to hang things in bathroom and on doors

The bed was super confortable, very big rooms. The staff were helpful and friendly. Close to all amenities, quiet. Highly recommended. We all loved it.

Very clean and great location. Only a short walk to the beach. Everyone was very friendly and made our stay comfortable. The heating for this time of the year was great.

The cleaning service was always very late during the day. Most days around 4-5 o clock and that’s when we were back in our room. Unfortunately the bedsheets were not very comfortable.

Amazing location, very attentive staff, and rooms were very clean. Highly recommended.

Very well equipped apartment with everything needed for a stay. Really nice pool area and reception. Easy to get to the nearby beach and the town is only a short walk away.

Noise travelled quite a bit from the outside apartments and corridors.
