Far away from a center of town.

Great location, ample parking, very helpful staff with great recommendations.

Good location to beach, room was on ground floor with easy access, spacious, fully equipped kitchen, ease of access to public laundry and parking provided by property.

Despite a clean room, our stay was significantly impacted by two separate cockroach sightings. It's concerning that the property doesn't seem to have adequate preventative measures in place, especially given that this is a known issue in hot weather (e.g., sealing gaps around pipes in kitchen cabinets). We felt compelled to keep the A/C on low constantly, even though we didn't cook or leave food out, just to deter more insects. While the owners acknowledged the issue and provided a spray, the mere presence of cockroaches was very unpleasant. Coming from 5 other locations on the same trip and no roach sightings, it was evident that it wasn’t “the heat”, but rather preemptive measures that could have been focused on.While the location is prime, it's overshadowed by the constant noise from the nearby main strip, which was frequently overrun with visibly intoxicated young people. We found it disappointing to see such a beautiful area dominated by a wild and sloppy party scene. Although we anticipated some party activity based on reviews, the extent of the raucous and uncontrolled environment was unpleasant.

Having to carry the luggage up 1 flight of stairs

The location and large sized room and the view from the ocean view balcony was beautiful!!

The beds were separate 2 twin beds pushed together that moved apart way to easily throughout the night. Also mattresses were extremely uncomfortable.

The front desk manager, very helpful in advising where to go get authentic Portuguese food. Even gave my wife some personal recipes.

The property is very close to the beach and within walking distance of many bars and restaurants. It was very clean and the staff were friendly. We also loved the fact that pets are welcome there

I had a lovely stay at this apartment during my trip to Portugal. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind-always available and ready to assist with anything we needed, which made the experience feel really welcoming. The apartment was clean and in a good location, making it a great base for exploring.There were a couple of minor issues- the shower drained quite slowly, which sometimes caused water to spill out onto the bathroom floor, and the beds weren’t the most comfortable. The place could do with a bit of a modern refresh, but overall, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Can’t complain too much-great value for the price!

Very good studio near to the beach and they gave us studio with Seaview. Staff very nice and helpful.

My second time staying at this hotel rooms are big and spacious lovely balcony views of the beach , in a very good locat

The location was great! The apartment is spacious and has everything that you need. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they made me feel very welcome. Check-in was a breeze and they organised parking for my rental car.

Close to beach restaurants and shops

Clean, fresh, very comfortable. Jose was kind and accommodating. Beautiful soft sheets, spacious open plan bedroom, sitting area, kitchen, and dining area. Large patio with table and chairs. I could hear the ocean waves from my bed! I would definitely stay here again.

It was confusing when I arrived as there are actually two buildings on opposite sides of the street. My driver dropped me off at “Clube Borda De Agua”, directly opposyfrom “Apartamentos De Agua”. I spent a good 40 minutes walking around the wrong building before asking the bartender across the road, who directed me to the correct building. Once I figured that out, everything went well.

It's really great resort for family tour with wonderful view in the room. And you can get good benefits when you are using restaurants near by resort! Room is very clean and comfortable, and ocean view is wonderful every day. Parking also comfortable in beside of resort.

The property was amazing, the service was excellent staff very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Steep stairs

Apartment had everything you needed. Jose let us check in a bit earlier as we arrived early from our flight and that was really kind as we were both absolutely shattered!Location was great! Lots of bars and eateries within walking distance. Great supermarket up the road and ubers are brilliant so used these to get to the old town for excursions.

Everything!?The location is stunning! The sound of waves during the day and especially the night is amazing. Jose who is in the charge is really helpful and kind.Walking distance to many restaurants and bars.;-)The apartment is beautiful - clean, great bathroom, comfy pillows, small kitchen and nice terrace.

The bed could be a single one (king/gueen size) - not two beds together. Especially for couples.?

Very clean apartment, beds were very good to sleep. Place was guiet to sleep even outside was music and restaurants. 50m to nearest beach.
