Stunning beachfront balcony view!

Slightly outdated rooms but nonetheless very clean :)

Great location with secure parking outside, friendly staff, had half board booking, evening meal and breakfast had a good menu selection, quality and presentation was better than expected. Requested high floor, quiet room, got exactly that.

Nothing perfect short stay

The hotel which was run down and neglected. The bar pool was extremely dirty a d potentially health hazzard. The pool area was unclean with bird excrement about the pool and surrounding area. Sunbeds very poor pool area needed weeded. There was also no atmosphere in the hitel or entertainment. Why it is rated as a 4 star I do not know and would never stay in this hotel again.

A bit shabby in parts and no tea or coffee in the room despite there being a kettle

Breakfast was good with freshly cooked items also available.

There were no grab rails in the walk in shower.

Hotel (particularly bedrooms) are in need of modernising. The indoor gym/pool/spa was all dark and if we wanted to use it we had to ask at reception for them to turn it all on for us

The room had a good size and from the balcony I could see the pool and the beach, the diversity of choice in the menu of restaurant was also very good, nice and professional staff.

The staff are the real bonus here! Super friendly and always wanting to make your stay enjoyable. The location is in a quiet area too which we enjoyed

It’s probably a 3 star, but a good 3 star. The pillows were also a bit hit and miss, one not enough and two too many… but you get used to that very quickly.

Everything was great! ❤️ and massive Thanks to the staff for preparing the decorations for our wedding anniversary! Room with the ocean view was just perfect!

Food menu was a little basic but it was nice food

Very quiet and an easy walk to the old town. Everything was on site including a mini market and lots of parking. All staff were helpful.

Hotel was a little worn. Could use some minor updates.

Convenient location, yet quiet. Excellent customer service from everyone! Exceptionally clean & good size room. Breakfast amazing & good selection for dinner on half board. Ample secure parking.

Only criticism was the size of the toaster in the morning! A revolving toaster would be a great improvement!

Very Relaxing break in a really nice hotel. Staff were friendly. Our room was lovely with a fab view of the sea. 10 mins walk to the marina. Rooms and hotel were spotless. Its an ideal location for exploring. Breakfast was perfect and catered for everyone.

Nothing, when we went it was very warm but nothing to do with the hotel.

Lovely and clean, very friendly staff. Though there was no evening buffet option (apart from one day) the food choices were good and tasted excellent. Lovely pool, was very quiet for us in early July. Location very quiet, but walkable to Marina and a bit further also to Albufeira

Requires a 100 euro deposit in cash from each person at check in. This wasn't stated on the booking and none of us had cash on us. Pool side was a bit tired. Most sunbeds were in need of replacement. Hotel was a bit basic for the price we paid in my opinion

Staff very kind and prestative! The swimming pool were great although the pool indoor could be a little warmer. The beds very comfortable and the bedroom and bathroom very large. Nice view from the porsh. The breakfast included was delicious with many options. Very near of Arrifes beach and São Rafael beach.

The freezer in the room was not working, but they fixed as soon as I informed about that.

Staff very friendly and helpful, fantastic breakfast ?, great view from our balcony, fridge in a room was a bonus...would highly recommend.
