Impressive lobby appearance, professionalism of the concierge

Convenient location next to supermarkets and not far from the Old Town.

It was in a perfect location, the staff was nice that we dealt with

The room had ants couldn’t leave a cup or glass down without ants crawling on them, we disinfected the counters tables and still couldn’t get rid of them, the indoor pool wasn’t heated.

One of the only things I recommend to stay is the hotels restaurant buffet. The food was amazing for breakfast and diner. The staff where the most amazing persons we had meet ever. One of them was named George . They made our stay better and we were always anticipating for dinner to eat really amazing food and have an amazing service.

Only thing I didn’t like about the hotel is that they close the pools and gym at 7pm. When we had finished our day we wanted to enjoy it but it was always closed.

Poor cleanliness. Ants all around. Dirty laundromat. Not value for money at all.

It is not a hotel For a family holiday. No security at night and young gangs running riot in the corridors and jumping into the pool at 5am

the sauna or Jacuzzi was not working which was a shame as the weather was unpredictable when I was there

Terrible noisy, dirty toilets in main reception, good rooms though

Staff didn't help at all, no shuttle bus even though it says it does on booking.com. asked for sea or pool view, ended up looking directly into other apartments, no privicy.

We travelled in January, and many hotel facilities, including the pool and restaurant, were closed. The bar closed at 6 p.m., hence we ate at local restaurants.

It can be noisy if guests return drunk. Thin walls mean conversations travel.

Never again!

Had to pay extras for just about everything. Had to wear and buy rubber swim hats if wanted to use pool. Sauna and steam room broken. Outdoor pool closed. Had to pay for towels to take to the "spa" weren't allowed o use your own towels or towels from the room. Just a pure money grab off tourists. The receptionist was gobby with a rotten attitude towards us. The hotel was dead and we had to wait until 5pm to check in but had to be out by 10am next day. What on earth is that all about? Never again!

Great location. Very clean everywhere. Friendly staff. Very quiet, not disturbed once in fourteen nights.

Ideally located, great room facilities - good room layout. Indoor pool /jacuzzi good use for winter break. Self catering room so it was good toilet roll always replenished. Cleaning services daily and new towels also

Rooms a little dated. Sauna/steam room not working. Material swim caps 4€ is shocking. (at least make them waterproof)
