The grounds, pool area

The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was large and clean.

Groups of young men and women staying at the property. Partying, making loud noise all through the night. Bad language around the pool. It's supposed to be a family hotel.

Great facilities and location - sufficiently far away from party central.

Pool was too cold - needs solar heating. Bathroom wheelchair access could be improved with more appartments having walk in showers. Our apartment had a bidet which is not necessary and takes up too much room in the bathroom.

I’ve stayed here before, good facilities, close to the beach, to shops and a great pool

Extremely clean, fantastic pool

Having to pay €300 cash deposit on arrival. Totally unnecessary in my opinion. I’ve never been asked to do this at any other hotelI have stayed at.

Was a lovely hotel. We had a 2bed apartment and it was very spacious with all the accessories you could possibly need even lunch boxes for storage. There were two bathrooms and two balconies. Was close proximity to everything but far enough away to be in quiet area. Good pool for babies separate to larger pool.

Everything. Staff friendliness, cleanliness, facilities, location, services, how accommodating the staff were with a room request, great having a gym on site, not too far from the strip but far enough away to not be bothered by it.

€300 euro deposit in cash. I don't carry much cash on holiday anymore and just use card. Wouldn't mind paying the deposit by card but think the cash deposit should be rethought.

Facilities and hotel itself are nice. Breakfast very good. Decent location.

300 cash deposit feels a bit strange. Can’t even pay on a card. Room wasn’t ready at check in time. Then said it was and the cleaners were still cleaning.

Pool area was not too busy. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Entertainment staff were very friendly and engaging.

Staff in general were rude and unfriendly not only to the guests but with each other in full view of guests which is very unprofessional. Food and drink is very overpriced.

Nothing please avoid

Staff extremely aggressive.Bad banners from second we walked in Pool freezing food stinking staff just horrible.Beds like bricks Bad smell. And entertainment was everything but entertaining. Don't take families here. Young people stay away

The hotel location , the full breakfast and the wonderful hotel facilities. We have stayed twice previously at the Vila Petra.

One morning my partner was rudely sent away from the breakfast because she could not see our booking for the breakfast. The female staff showed no empathy, or or even suggested what he could to do resolve - until I went to reception where the very helpful kind Maria confirmed our booking. He was left very embarrassed by the lady accepting guests to the breakfast room.

Nothing. Utter dump

Avoid at all costs.The rudest staff I've ever came across.Physical to guests who arrived. Stole money and would not return. Again please avoid this place

The staff were all excellent and accommodating The location perfect for a night out on the strip or a nice meal round the corner . The whole experience of the holiday was excellent

Great location - a little away from the strip so you can get some quiet time but only a 5 minute walk if that’s the purpose of your visit.The pool is great and the breakfast is definitely worth paying for.

Some of the items listed weren’t available as standard in the room. We requested an iron but as we hadn’t requested this at check in at waited till getting ready to go out we then had to wait till the day after.

Spacious room well equipped - staff are lovely and very helpful

The room is somewhat dated

Nice kitchen unit, grocery market on site and big supermarket, Aldi, 10 min walk
