The short walk and boardwalk to the great beach. The breakfast.

Pools weren't heated.

Location was good and room was a good size and nicely finished.

Gym was not accessible unless the spa was open, which didn't open until 10 am. The staff, while they tried to be helpful didn't know what attractions to recommend and didn't replace items removed from the room, even when asked multiple times.

amazing HOTEL with great views. Truly a 5 star hotel. A little away from all tourist locaitons, but if you have acar its not an issue to commute to whereever one needs to go in ALGARVE region. Staff was very friendly and cooperative.

The hotel was very comfortable. The facilities are well organized and there is always enough space for everyone. The staff are also really friendly and welcoming

The only downside was the quality of the internet connection.

It a big property with a lot of swimming pools. Réception area is accessible to everyone.

The property is far from downtown Albufeira. We stayed a week and our sheets were not changed.

Good land escape and good pools

Was not welcoming , more than 40 minutes waiting to Check -in as they were in lack of staff. No porter to carry on your luggages, as we asked for two side by side rooms before, and they promised to co operate with us but they fave us two rooms at two different corner of the hotel. They can be much better.

Enjoyed a wonderful stay at the hotel: originally booked full board a superior sea-view room, upon arrival the front-desk team was swiftly moved to a better sea-view room, with the spacious accommodation boasted stunning vistas and a generous sun terrace. The resort’s dining options impressed with a varied breakfast buffet featuring fresh pastries and made-to-order eggs, succulent lunches and dinners offering both local specialties and international dishes, and multiple themed restaurants to choose from each lunch/evening. The bar and restaurant personnel were exceptionally attentive and welcoming throughout. Really enjoyed the multiple beautifully maintained circular pools and the convenient complimentary “chu-chu” train service whisking guests to the Beach, where sun loungers and attentive staff made every moment relaxing. With its top-class golf course, spa facilities, and easy access to Albufeira’s charming old town, this resort truly offers the best of the Algarve in one unforgettable getaway.

The hotel staff are amazing, we received a special gift for our wedding anniversary, thank you so much Beatriz for the wonderful hospitality and the wonderful gift, we really appreciate it.

The view from the balcony, we had Ocean view room. The calmness in the area. We had to leave early on check out day, they were able to prepare a breakfast bag, which was very nice of them (you just inform in advance)

Breakfast options are very limited for a 5 star hotelLocation is nice but far away from the Beach and tourist attractions.

There is Lamb in the middle of the room that take too much space.

It was quite a trek to the beach and a little bit remote. I'd recommend having a car to get around
