Awful villa alarmGoing off all night fridge smelly and dirty floors filthy 3 flights of stairs not suitable for a family basement door wouldn’t shut garden had a huge drop off unsuitable and very dangerous for family staff not helpful very rude will e seeking a refund

We loved the ocean view from our balcony and the pool area, lawn areas and restaurant were kept clean and great quality. The staff at the restaurant were very polite.

We have stayed here before but were disappointed on this occasion to have an insects issue around the whole villa. Ants crawling on our beds daily, ants crawling on the kitchen worktop, ants crawling on the floors in every room and bedside units. There are lots of holes that ants manage to crawl through on a daily and it takes a lot of cleaning effort from us the customers to clear them away. There should be a fumigation system in place not to have such an issue. We found cockroaches in the bathroom, were moved to another villa but there was still an ants problem. We put it down to poor finishing work on the build as not all panels are sealed. It wasn’t ideal having one of the staff justifying finding cockroaches because it’s a “tropical country”. I am from a tropical country and do not have those issues in our residence. Also the cleaners didn’t always sweep all areas which added more work for us to do on a daily. We also didn’t have our bin changed, which left us with no choice but to have litter kept on the kitchen table. Noisy customers at the restaurant during the night which wasn’t ideal. Noisy neighbours who staff spoke to after complaining about them, then the noise stopped that night. We didn’t want to keep asking for help, but the noise was daily, the walls are very thin so if you hear a chair pulled, it goes through your whole body ? We would return if we have reassurance all the above isn’t a continuous issue.

Great Apartment, clean, well furnished , very friendly staff at the reception, nice pool area and good value for money.

Close to the new town of Albufeira, good pool, nice breakfast and Pedro in the restaurant was the best-.so lovely and helpful explaing good beaches to visit.

Tiny bars of soap on the first day, never refreshed during our 5 night stay.Beds made up with decorative dust covers, needed to make up own bed first day- pulling out pillows and duvets from wardrobes. No washing up liquid or sponge provided in kitchen.Checked in on my birthday and really no special treatment at all :(...wouldn't stay here again sadly.

Good size rooms, comfortable beds and outdoor bbq was a good addition. Rooms cleaned well. Villa was spacious with plenty of natural light.

Kitchen missing some essential items and bath was damaged & not in good condition. Location is a 20-25 minute walk from nearest shops/restaurants and beach is a long walk away so you need to take taxi's everywhere. All beds were singles.

We loved it all. This is 2nd time we have been here. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The food is gorgus. Place has lovely vibes. Hens/stage/families, suits all. Great holiday had by us. Will be back.

Could do with a sponge and cleaning pack for washing up. Also could also do with 2 keycards than 1.

The villa was amazing, had everything you could need and was very clean. Beautiful pool which again was very clean. All the staff were extremely friendly.

The Villas are amazing and very roomy. The food at the pool bar was of a very high standard and reasonably priced, all the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially at the pool bar.

The pool was very cold. It's a good 15-20 minute walk to the nearest supermarket (Aldi), and even further to restaurants and nightlife. When I discovered how cheap the Ubers were the location didn't really matter as much.

Location was good.

This was our 3rd visit here but this time the property was tired looking and needed upgraded. Cleaning of the property could also be better. This is not 4 star anymore.

we found an old dirty sock from a previous stay, and also lacked essentials like, no paper towels, salt, pepper, oil, no coffee machine either. Gargage was also too small for our ford smax.

Clean and big rooms.

No iron despite being advertised. The property couldn't provide us with the remote for air conditioning on the first night. So we suffered in the heat in the middle of the summer!

Pool, bar and food was excellent. Views from the rooms balcony were lovely. Apartment was very spacious. Excellent location and everything is in reach or just a short taxi ride away.

No dish soap or utensils supplied for washing up the cutlery, we had to buy our own.

Our rating would be very different except for the awful ending to our stay. Two of our daughters had jewellery simply go "missing" on different days towards the end of our stay.These jewellery items held a lot of sentimental value so needless to say we ended up with v sad teenagers After initially doubting anyone had taken the jewellery and then searching the villa we felt we had to report the stolen items.The lady at reception was very nice and helpful and gave us a safety deposit box to use. We should definitely have hired this in the beginning but didn't think we needed to hide jewellery when leaving for day trips !Police were called and we had to give a statement. Again the police were lovely but this is certainly not something you expect from your holiday. Never experienced this before and it will unfortunately leave a lasting negative impact
