The property is not very modern or luxurious, but it certainly meets the mark in all of the requirements that one can have when travelling to a beachy place. It had all of the amenities of a beach house, it was comfortable, the pool was pretty good and the vibes were amazing. Everyone there understodo people were vacationing, so there were no disputes or complaints that had to be addressed.

I liked pretty much everything about it. The only two things I did not like was that the property had a slight smell of old, and it was very dusty, especially in the closets, so the first few minutes after arriving my allergies were uncontrollable. The other thing is that, although the kitchen is, by any standard, well equipped, there was no blender. Albufeira has a lot of street vendors with delicious fruits that are ideal for making smoothies or juices, and this became impossible since there wasn’t a blender in the kitchen. One thing that perhaps is relevant to mention is that there’s really no room cleaning service. The property’s policy is to change towels every three days of stay, but further than this they don’t really perform any type of cleaning.

The facilities were really wonderful. Great pool, backyard area and the beds were very comfortable.Reception staff were very friendly and we were very well looked after.

The beach is a 23min walk away, slightly long but only 3min drive with a car so definitely not bad.

Well located, close to restaurants , beaches and shops. Small complex with villas opening from lovely private garden terrace with sunbeds table chairs and own bbq onto swimming pool. Very good value for money. Manuel, the manager very friendly and helpful. .

Accommodation is overall very nice but only has air-conditioning upstairs in bedrooms.

Lovely villa, really well maintained and comfortable, all you need for a great stay. The pool area was clean, and the gardens were beautiful. Lovely area, handy for town or relaxing in local bars and restaurants. This is the second time we have stayed here and would book again.

Great property outside of town. Everything available, fully equipped kitchen, nice garden with plenty of space, sun loungers, bbq, which is cleaned everyday by housekeeping if used, ready for next evening. Plenty of space to park outside, a few restaurants and shops near by. Accomodation is in the country side, not in the town centre like Albufeira but close by. That's what we liked, after all day of exploring, we could go back to peace and quiet, also have a morning coffee and breakfast in peace outside. Probably the pool gets busier in summer, but for now it was perfect for us. Recommend to have rent a car if staying there, especially with children and planning on exploring the area. We traveled the whole south coast in a week, but that's how we spend holidays. Staff very helpful, all the requests sorted quickly and efficiently.

Location: The property was located in a quieter side of Albufeira away from the town centre and busy roads. This was perfect for us as a family with little kids. It was always night to drive back to what felt like home with so much open space around us to walk and run around even though the uber rides made our little ones lazy. It’s also located a few minutes walk to the W which had an amazing spa facility; great for relaxing. Walk to the Aldi (about 30 mins) or use an Uber to save cost on your meals. Property: The value for money in this property is the best I’ve experienced. Everything we needed was available and having a dish washer was huge plus for us. The home is so spacious with a bathroom and toilet on each floor which meant no one was waiting. The property is clean and well looked after. The pictures don’t do it justice because the furniture is all new. The outside porch and bbq was a daily hit and inspiration for our meals. The pool was cold but big enough for everyone and no one really hoarded it. Our little ones enjoyed the little playground and we were fortunate to have some lovely neighbours who we became friends with. Staff & Service: Before actually arriving, the staff was so helpful and answered all questions. Happily made changes with a third bed and were present when needed. They allowed us to store our suitcases in their office. I didn’t find the area noisy at all. It was the best choice and we will becoming back.

Property: I think the steps made of marble is quite a hard surface which made us anxious with little ones. It’s also quite steep. Covering the steps with a carpet might soften it a bit and make it safer for little ones. It will be helpful to show customers how to use the appliances especially our washing machine, we just couldn’t figure it out even though we managed with the others. Housekeeping is every 3 days. My only recommendation will be if the homes could have enough dishwashers and bin bags for every night that the property is booked.

Lovely villa, very clean with all the amenities you require. Good kitchen and plenty of utensils.Everything you require for a comfortable stay.Towels and maid every three days was also good.We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Spacious and clean. Great swimming pool.

The kitchen isn't very well equipped. Only a few knives, no rice strainer, no vegetable peeler, that's just a few examples, so made preparing meals interesting. The TV was hanging off the wall, we told the manager as it was pretty dangerous. He came promptly to check it out. They took it down and just balanced it on the floor rather than putting back up. So was still not very safe.Check out says 10am but the manager told us to be ready by 09:30.

So spacious, 2 bathroom & equipment & facilities were great. Manwel was very friendly

Beautiful clean and well maintained. In easy distance of shops and restaurants.

Very minor, but was missing a few kitchen utensils that were there last year.

Location. Facilities. Staff were amazing. Off the beaten track but still close to restaurant and shops. Exceptional little villa. Perfect for families looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of multistory apartment blocks.

Cleaning, the terrace that is at each villa with barbecue, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, free parking in front of the villa, 5 minutes by car from Albufeira and 30 minutes from Portimao. There is a Spar store 500m from the villa.

if you do not have a rental car, it is more difficult to visit the area

The cleanliness, the staff, the pool…everything.

Roomy villa, Own small patio area with 4 sunbeds. Sizeable pool which was quiet most of the time.

Aircon didn't work. Old units had been replaced in other houses but not ours.Ants in villa when we arrived but we were given powder which helped keep them away. Unfortunately 1 of us suffered multiple bites and had to get medication. Another villa contained noisy neighbours who invited others to the villa and took over the pool area in the eve with no-one to monitor around.

Such a lovely apartment and pool. So quiet and peaceful. Great sized apartments with 2 bathrooms and great sized bedrooms, flat screen tv and great private bbq and sunbathing area. No need to go get sunbeds in the morning and pool was a perfect size. Lovely play area for kids with the overall garden and flowers very well kept. The apartment felt very safe and secure with shutters, screens and locks of doors windows etc. Private little area for washing and hanging out clothes in the front. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Stair-gates at top and bottom of stairs. Washing machine.Balcony off main bedroom.4 sunbeds in private patio.Kids pool.Sports bar 3 min walk up road.Insect screen doors on sliding door. AC in bed rooms.

Walk to shop is about 12 mins, nearest is Spar but bigger shops 5mins by taxi. Having a car would be handy but not necessary. We used Uber which was cheap and very fast.

Lovely pool area with plenty comfortable beds. Excellent patio area with your own beds, BBQ, table and chairs. Spacious property with good facilities. Although a little isolated it was easy to get an Uber to town for under €10. Owner was very flexible to allow us to keep the property until 1pm as we had a 4pm flight home which was really appreciated. We had no kids with us but it did look perfect for families with young children as it was a nice safe area for keeping an eye on them with good facilities.

Just cleanliness. These could be amazing but the cleaning which only happened every 3 days was nothing more than a quick mop of the floors and a change of towels. We had a 10m ant trail running right through the property which was reported on day 1 and again to the cleaners when they arrived and they never did anything about it. We stayed 5 days and they were still there when we left. I followed the cleaners into the toilets after they left and they hadn’t cleaned the sinks or toilets, just mopping the floors.

Very well kept apartments, lovely staff, Lots of restaurant within walking distance.

swimming pool a little cold

Accomodation was very clean and well equiped. Beds were super comfortable. We loved chilling outside. There was grill. It was cleaned every day.
