Good location

Bed is tiny. We did not have the all inclusive and glad. Looked pretty crappy.

Excellent location with beautiful garden. The room has good kitchen with beautiful view. We had lunch buffet at JAC's restaurant, which was good value (17 Euros).

The hotel building has a somewhat unusual layout. The food at JAC’s restaurant lacked quality.

Location, near the beach is great.

Rooms are nice, but a little old and used

The property had the best location, waterfront with very relaxing ocean views! The property has enough to do all day long, several restaurants and bars, some with live music, even a piano bar! Plenty of places to sit and enjoy the ocean, views and sounds! I loved all the artwork around the property! It’s such a great experience to walk around just looking for artistic gems! Lots of fountains! The room itself/suite was extremely roomie and well stocked! With a kitchenette that had everything we needed!The bed was comfortable and the pillows were great!The service could not be better! They would go out of their way to help us feel at home! Joana was awesome at giving us recommendations and extremely friendly sharing the history of the hotel! I enjoyed learning about this hotel chain and how close the family is. They seem to care about their employees and treat them well, it shows in the pride they share!I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again in my future visits!

Location was amazing. Rooms were great size, HUGE balcony!

Worst breakfast I have ever had included in a hotel. The same thing was served every day of our week stay. We went outside of the hotel half of our stay in spit of already paying for breakfast. Beds are maybe full size and very firm. Our bathroom was very difficult to access due to the configuration. Put a pocket door or barn door on and would solve the issue.

Location and two receptionists (Stefan and Summit) were the only positives.

Breakfasts were horrendous, beds are tiny, rooms are small, bathrooms continuously flood.

The first day we were told the drinks in the refrigerator all free and will be replenished each day from the first day and the to last day it was never filled or stocked We also asked for toilet paper a few hours after we arrived it took over an hour or so the we the maintenance staff a woman came to our door we were asked why do we need toilet paper ?And then wanted to check the bathroom that my wife was using at the time. I was shocked and never received this type of service before in many 5 stars hotel we stayed in the past. There were a couple times some of the dirty towels were folded in the bathroom instead of being replaced only reason we noticed because the towels had make up stains. Lastly most of the residents were younger adults extremely loud especially at 5:00 am each day. We lost power one night for a couple hours while my kids were in the middle of taking a shower. I went to the front desk everyone from the hotel was waiting outside and the hotel did not have any back up power supply to accommodate all the residents. No apology nothing!It’s a great location but needs to be managed better. I would not recommend this hotel for any family at all but maybe for younger adults it could be a good choice. My suggestions is to have more staff and managers to control each section of your business the front desk could only do so much.

The sofabed was not very comfortable - it had a lump in the middle. The room was not cleaned as promised, nor was turn down service provided.

They hassled my friend multiple times about the breakfast buffet and it was the same people who know we had it included. Didn't like to keep getting hassled when we included the breakfast. Also where our hotel lobby was is inconvenient for uber or tuk tuk pick up or drop offs and it really should be explained about the trickier drop off point

Location, easy walk to beach and restaurants.

Issue with being given “upgrade” but much smaller bed. No issue to go back to room we booked. Property felt little disjointed, with breakfast and pool at Main hotel at top of hill.

Bathroom was very small and badly planned - every time you took a shower, there would be water spilling all over the dry area as well. The door didn't lock properly as well.

The location is wonderful. You can see the horizon of the sea right from your balcony. The beach is adjoining the hotel and you can just walk there. There is a wonderful beachside cafe in the beach. The collection of dishes offered in the breakfast is awesome and delicious!

The staff was so helpful and friendly right from the start. We had an apartment on the 8th floor. The views were spectacular. I wish I had booked longer. Very clean and lots to do.

We had a brilliant stay here. Staff was super polite and friendly. We felt very welcome.We stayed at the NY's Eve and even got a surprise in our fridge - a bottle of champagne, which was very thoughtful.We had a wonderful sea view terrace, it was very spacious with a table and two sun loungers. Beautiful view!Great location as well. A few beautiful beaches right at the doorstep. Thanks so much!

We did not get a free breakfast

The furniture on the patio was worn and not usable...broken webbing.

The location was perfect being directly situated on the beach with walking distance to the local shops and restaurants.

When our patio doors were shut we could still hear our neighbours come back at night and the rooms were not that soundproof.

Close to the beach with nice view and nice beach

This was the first time to Albufeira with my partner and we would 10/10 recommend. You can tell they have renovated the front part of the hotel which is older, but it was nicely done, clean, and provided the best views. The staff was above and beyond helpful. The owner personally introduced himself (his name escapes me) and Gabriel, a gentleman on staff went above and beyond to check in on us during our stay. The property itself is large with some great little spots to hang and there are several restaurants within walking distance.

This is the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at and thus holiday we have ever had - we received an upgrade upon check-in to a room high up overlooking the town and beach. We had a bottle of wine, fruit platter, biscuits and other treats waiting for us in our room. The staff are incredible and go out of their way to assist you and make you feel like royalty - from the front of house, to the cleaners, to the hotel manager, all are just wonderful. The beds are superb, the hotel is equipped with anything you could need - they have daily champagne along with snacks, juice and coffee/tea available all the time in the foyer. A daily turn down brings chocolate and next day weather reports which is so lovely. They delivered a bottle of champagne to us on our last night to say goodbye which was a wonderful treat before we left. We received very late check out due to our flight being late which in my experience is unheard of, and we were so very grateful. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more and you won’t regret booking here.
