its sea front position ... note we did have a full sea view room.

the wifi was poor in the room .

We booked the hotel in advance, giving us a good price, because it was located on the beach and convenient walk to restaurants and bars. It wasn't a fancy place but had a clean, spacious room with a balcony, and a kitchenette. The view was a sliver of a view and you would have to be willing to tolerate noise because the hotel is in the middle of this party town. We really appreciated the staff assistance and would recommend this reasonably priced hotel.

Great location, lovely staff, close to beach

Location was excellent!! Friendly staff.. Sr.Joao was super nice and helpful .. changed our room as my “ocean view “ wasn’t the best and I was looking over someone balcony that was sun bathing topless with my teen feet away. The rest of stay was pleasant just really went to shower and sleep in there. Having pool and parking was great ! Right in center of everything was great location with so many restaurants and activities to do, short walk to ocean etc

Rooms could be better maintained and upgraded. Was an ok stay

The property is ideally located in the heart of town, just a short 5-minute walk from the main street and only 2 minutes from the beach. Its central location makes it incredibly convenient for exploring the area on foot.

Location, location, location. It was steps away from the beach and old town restaurants.

It had only one exit, which is a concern if there was a need to evacuate the building.

Fantastic location , staff were friendly and nice . The rooms were spacious and clean beds and linen . There were cooking and heating facilities .

No cleaning liquid and sponge to wash up .

The apartment was beautiful and clean. With a lovely touch of free coffee and bottled water.The view was amazing and situated perfectly

Balcony door very hard to open and close. Bath towels were quite small.

The room suited us perfectly! it was nice to have a mini fridge!

The hotel is in the tourist area and it’s a bit challenging to drop off your luggage.

Watch if booking through booking.com as I payed for a balcony room however when I arrived there wasn't any, the Hotel staff were great and resolved the problem so I moved room after a day but it was still annoying

Location was good, in the centre of Old Town but yet quiet at nightime.Lovely view from our apartment. Friendly & helpful staff.

Maybe a jacuzzi and massage to be available in the complex

Excellent Location with a beautiful view of the beach and the Old Town. 10/10 for Location. Receptionists are friendly and very welcoming. All round, perfect for what we needed for an enjoyable stay in Albufeira Old Town.

Room was quite tired. Any refurb had been done on the cheap. No parasol on the balcony. Overbath shower had no handrails or bath mat which is a bit of a problem for a 60+ person with arthritic knees trying to get in and out of bath.
