Value for money. Large room. Friendly staff.

Advertised breakfast price was not the same as downstairs. Told that this does not start until March!

Bar and restaurant staff were excellent

Cleaning staff not to good, one day received no towels at all, another day only received one towel. Hotel is about 20 minutes walk from the old town, grand walking down but up hill all the way back.

The apartment was lovely and cleaned everyday. Staff really friendly and helpful. Meals are excellent and worth the money. Both pool areas are large and well kept

Fantastic location, calm, quiet, clean

No dishwash soap or handwash in the kitchen. Pool was not heated. Beds are not comfortable.

We were on the street view over shops which was a bit noisy when shutters/ sun cover was pulled out in a morning. Also could hear shouting on the street from drunks.

The room was nice and beds were comfortable. The staff are very nice and friendly.

The food and drink is pricey and the bar had karaoke playing really old songs that I’ve never heard of.

It was wonderful, entertainment fantastic ? restaurant fantastic , the staff were absolutely amazing, rooms were nice, 2 swimming pools plenty of beds , and spotlessly clean all over, can't fault the hotel on anything. We will be back.

My room above the bar, so loud every night, could not sleep.

Stayed several times, great location, food, bar and entertainment.

Small issue with toilet and kettle, but did not overly concern us.

All don't liked in this hotel. Personal 3 times change my check in time. First they accept my time what I wanted, after some hours they change. I writed in Booking, they asked,, slowly,, only after some hours. I asked about taxi from that hotel, many hours I waited info, they dont send me back nothing. I understund Who writed me back, don't understund English. And... First was room with nr.203 with bad smell, after they don't wanted change room to other, I seat and wait in floor 1, they do with deo spray 203 room and 2 Who clean that room, don't feel bad smell. After they change me room to nr.201 with smell from smoke, smoking room. I writed again Booking that hotel. They don't change room but when I was outside they quikly do 201 room with deo spray for fresh air. I don't sleeped all night, in yesterday I wanted quikly check in but without normal that was possible. And when I in yesterday evening was go to shower, was dark hairs every where, but I am blondin and wanted go to shower... I did pictures with dark hairs. I first time in my life was moral tired body was very tired from that's all. That's without normal. I happy now is 7 morning. I all night without sleep. I don't smoke but they give me room for smoke. I hope this hotel quikly return my money in these 2 days. I don't recomendation this hotel for other. And 1 woman in administration Who seat, Who writed back me, who don't wanted change my rooms, who me change many times check in time, who long time writed back in Booking, without profesionaly do her job she need work other place. She all time seat at the computer, with darkness hairs. Other woman was friendly, with lightness hairs.

Clean, friendly check-in staff. The kitchen was equipped to allow us to make a simple dinner. The wifi was weak. Good value.

We liked the location. It was so convenient. We could walk to the stores, we could take the bus to other locations. The location was also very close to Old Albufeira. The hotel has two great pools and lots of chairs to sunbathe on. The hotel also has a terras, a nightclub, a library, pool tables, restaurant, etc.

Our TV recception wasn't the best. But who had time to watch TV anyway?

The property is well located, has many supermarkets and shops nearby, 2 beaches walking distance (20mins). The staff is super friendly- they also help you with suggestions.The service is good- I asked for a new kettle and they literally brought a new one.The swimming pool is clean.The rooms are cleaned everyday (huge plus)The kitchen has almost all items if you wanna cook something.

So, this is not really a hotel, it’s more like a serviced apartments with few facilities of hotel. So, if you are looking for proper hotel like stay, I would suggest other properties. There are few things which were mentioned in previous reviews that I ignored (shouldn’t have)1) The wifi doesn’t work in the rooms and breakfast area to be able to take work meetings on Zoom call. So, it’s not high speed internet. Browsing on phone works fine. I had to use my personal internet. It was also mentioned by few other travellers in their reviews. So, if you are planning to work a bit- not the best idea to stay here.2) The breakfast wasn’t a buffet. It was only few options (also you had to choose between them). I thought at a property like this it would be a buffet. I have attached a picture of what is the menu of breakfast. Also, I did end up paying extra 2 euros to order a Omelette cause it wasn’t included in any of the options.3) You could take Iron but you needed to pay 20 euro deposit and you had to collect it from Reception- so again not a hotel type thing. One of the people also on the reception corrected me that they are not really a hotel.4) Also, dishwashing liquid was supposed to be purchased by myself. Also, small things like shaving kits etc (which I have mostly gotten for free in other hotel) was 4.5 euros (also, to be collected at reception)

The location is just right, between the old town and the strip. The apartments are comfortable and the entertainment is fine. The apartments are serviced daily.

There is nothing to dislike here.
