There wasn’t anything in the apartment like soap, dishwashing liquid, anything except some toilet paper. This is probably a good place for a long stay that you will supply ALL of your household needs for, not a good place for a night or 2.

Huge complex with underground parking directly under your room, all the equipment needed in the appartment including a washer

Like most of Portugal, they are not ready for cold weather. So when temperature hits a low ( like this year in january), it takes forever to warm the rooms. Beds are ok. Besides that no other issues

Clean and nice atmosphere. Quiet in the evening, which is good. Nice poolside café. The reception was very good.

The location and the grounds, pool

It was dated, spartan, sparsely furnished with stains, a lot of ants inside unit.

Staff was super helpful and friendly. The apartment was quite spacious and clean. All appliances in the kitchen were operational. The pool looked beautiful, but we did not use it since we preferred swimming at the beach. The grounds around the apartments were well maintained.

It would be nice if there was some soap or body wash in the bathroom; we had to buy it. It would be great if WiFi were available not only at the pool deck but also in the room; we used our LTE data plan when in the room.

Very spacious apartments with all that you need. Spotless clean. Close to shop, gas station and marina restaurants. Walking (20min) from Albufeira old town. Staff were great. Parking is free and very convenient.

Big and clean apartment

No basic product such as dish washer soap, table cloth to wash the dishes, shampoo and soap were provided. I understand that the apartment was a self service one but when guests arrive late and di not even have access to basic products for a shower, it can be very frustrating. Better to charge a little bit more and provide these basic products.

The grounds were lovely. Reception staff were great! Monica and manager were wonderful!

Human hair balls wafting on the floor upon arrival. Human hair in bathtub. Yuck.! Old rusty chairs on balcony along with an old resin table. Not nice! Two single hard beds pushed together. No dish soap, shampoo, etc. Very Stark!

Great location and has free parking. Staff were very helpful.

Beds were not very comfortable but understandable for the price.

The hotel is very good for the price you pay. The pool area is huge and plenty of sun loungers. The rooms were standard size you get for a 1 bed self catering and had a nice balcony. The complex is enclosed and felt safe to stay in. Would recommend bringing some bits with you when you arrive at the apartment as theres not many shops around.

The location is quite far out from the main town but a taxi is like 10 minutes and only costs like €4. The room we got had faulty air con but the team got somebody out to repair it quick.

It was close to the marina, great pool and within walking distance from old town.

No hair dryer, coffee or any amenities. I know it was an apartment, in Canada we would have had all the basics plus salt pepper, dish and had soap at least. All other accommodations had basics plus!

Nice pool area

Basic room necessities (dish soap, dish cloth, shampoo, soap, pool towel) not available with room. Groceries. Cafes very limited.

The place was spacious and loved the access to the pool from the back door.

Needs an update, some things were falling apart. There were spiders and beetles that I would see around the apartment.

Reasonable price, free parking, kitchen.

The amenities were minimal. Only two pillows for two people, one per person, which may not be enough for people with neck issues; only two body gels, no soap, no shampoo, no hand washing liquid; no coffee or tea in the kitchen, while all properties provide a couple of tea/coffee bags. The room is nice and colorful from outside, but inside it is old and needs renovations.

Worst place in Portugal

There were so many bad things about this place. DO NOT trust the positive reviews, they are fake probably.First, when I get the room the AC was not working, o told the receptionist, and basically told me nothing to do. I asked to switch rooms then, and after some compliant they did it (and basically blaming me for not being happy with the AC not working)Second, the room was filthy, dead flyes in the floor and the bathroom was all with stains of other people.Third, the AC was completely rotten inside, and all the time was dropping black things to the floor ( you can see it in the picture).Forth, the blond receptionist was awful.Fifth, the beds were awful, I don't even think they can be called beds.Stay away from this place!!

Close to the marina. Had a pool given that ocean beaches were a little far for the time we had there. The shuttle is a great option but we weren’t there long enough to take advantage of it. Beds were comfortable but a bit too firm. We did cook and had to ask for supplies to wash dishes. Suggest having soap, dishwasher tabs, paper towels and tea towel and cloth as standard.

It was beautiful and close to many stores and a wonderful cliff walk

The breakfast food was pretty good, but the supper was often cold and too much of the same thing. There was no hot beverages at supper.

everything, friendly staff, amazing pool and the restaurants on the marina were friendly and the food was incredible. Especially Fat Cats
