The lady at the reception was very sweet to my child. Also she stopped the party at the hotel which was super noisy. The towels were clean and soft. The parking outside always had a spot for my car.

It is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed. Especially the balcony with half gray plastic chairs and plants full of old white paint and dust. It was very disgusting. The toilet flush worked bad, my husband had a 7 times floater before it went away ? The bedroom window looks to the corridor so there’s no way to get any fresh air. There is no sound proof whatsoever. All the time someone is screaming, banging the door or listening loud music.

The apartments are very old, in our bedroom we had water running from the condicionier all the time, when we told the receptionist it was normal, we got one packet of shampoo for every four people, one packet of shampoo for one person to use at a time.and there were four of us, we asked about the pool towels, we were offered to go to the Chinese shop to buy some, we asked at the reception where to wash our clothes and again we were offered to go to the laundry in the city, I don't recommend this apartment, it's very old and in need of renovation.

Location was good, about a 15 min walk to old town. Apartment was spacious and view gorgeous. Staff were super helpful and Friendly.

A laundry room without a washer seemed a little useless.

The hotel is well located, clean, and the staff were friendly. The room was more than adequate, and the pool side has excellent views over the resort. There was plenty of loungers around the pool, so no issues trying to fight to get one first thing in the morning.

The pool bar was never opened during our stay. I can only assume that it was closed due to it being out of season, or maybe they were short staffed. In any even we went to the local Spar and stocked up on what we needed. Our ground floor balconies were obscured by some over grown shrubs that needed cutting back.

City / ocean view was great. Pool was very nice and the location was perfect for our trip.

Maybe a bigger bed than (2) twins. The bathroom light flickered a bit and the TV was small.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The view was beautiful and just a short walk into the town but still very quiet. The accommodation was just what we wanted.

Would have liked the pool bar to have been open more. It was closed some days but that is the only complaint.

Everyone was Lovely, always said hello , when they saw you . Hotel was clean . 10 mins walk to the old town & not far from the escalator . Would definitely go back to this hotel

Views were spectacular

Bed was uncomfortable Sun beds on balcony were past it. An upgrade from plastic chairs and table on the balcony would be a better touch.

Food was fabulous

Our room was downstairs and had no sunshine,view wasn't great,we expected a garden view but it was very clean and beds very comfortable.

Good location and we loved the sea view from our apartment. However expensive without breakfast included.

Our 1 bedroom apartment was suitable for 2 people and we booked for 4 adults. Living room sofas were not fold out beds.

That it was near everything, lovely pool, lovely ladies working at the bar, so kind. Our room had a gorgeous view

Stayed in this hotel for a week, and it was more of a miss than a hit. I loved where the location was, 10 minutes from old town and beach. My room was only cleaned once during my stay, and bed sheets not changed at all!!!When the room was cleaned (that one time) the cleaners put in the bin (that was never there before but tried to say it was there the whole time we were in the room) We previously asked reception for a plastic bin for our rubbish (which she was not happy about) Only had one small bin in the bathroom. When arrived back to the room my friend literally welcomed by a scream from one of the cleaners! Shocking behaviour! Food wasn’t amazing, would recommend eating out. The cleanliness isn’t great, some of the staff were very rude, facilities were awful (towels etc)€150 pp for a deposit and room will be checked before handing it back.

The hotels location was excellent. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The apartment was spacious, had all facilities you could need, the beds were comfortable and Aircon was very good.

The bathrooms in the apartments were dated and could do with an upgrade. The pool facilities were nice, great view but the loungers were dated and in need of replacement. Also, the baby pool section is very exposed to the sun and could be improved if it was covered.

The location of the property was great. It is in Old Town but wasn’t in a noisy area and just a short walk to the beach. Aircon in living area and bedroom was a godsend!! We chose a seaview apartment and were so glad we did, the view was lovely and we had the sun on our balcony for most of the day. Decor a wee bit dated but apartment was very clean and the kitchen fully equipped with everything we needed. The one thing I hate about going on holiday is having the maids in, we just want to be left in peace so we had our do not disturb sign on each day, the maids were great they left us toilet roll and fresh towels on towel day and didn’t bother us atall. Would definately stay here again

The pool area wasn’t very exciting, the bar in the pics wasn’t open
