It’s clean and near everything.

The furniture are very old and in not good condition

Close to everything, including public transit to move around

I WAS NOT HAPPY THAT THEY SHUT DOWN THE POWER FROM 8:30am TO 8:00pm ON MY SECOND DAY. PHONE DEAD. I UNDERSTAND MAINTENANCE BUT ALL ROOMS. NOT HAPPY

Our terrace had broken tiles. Water fell down from the upstairs apartment that was being cleaned with a pressure washer. We got it on the head three times until the manager went upstairs to speak to the people. Beds old and uncomfortable.

Not a smiley staff and welcome to guest"I recently spent a few days at this hotel, and it was a very poor experience. The hygiene standards are unacceptable; I found ants in the living room and hairs on the bedsheets when I arrived. To make matters worse, the beds were incredibly uncomfortable, and the toilet seats in the washroom were broken. I expected a basic level of cleanliness and functional facilities, but this hotel failed on both counts. I would not recommend staying here."I need my money back becoz uncomfortable I sleep in cold and dirty place and unhygienic Towel not clean air in the bad smell U said this is four star ..... this is even 0 star

This is not four star banglow this is o star hotel u guys send wrong information very dirty place and main is this bed uncomfortable and not hygiene stander

From the start the staff were so helpful, I stayed at this hotel the week it opened 25 years ago and the memories are still great we got a lovely big room with amazing views , looking forward to booking again

No hairdryer in the room, went to reception to rent one and they had all been rented out. Had wet hair and couldn’t dry it to go out.

The room was great and the shower was amazing. But a lot of the lights didn't work in the room and there initially wasn't enough towels in the room for us

The location is great in the middle between the old town and the strip. The hotel reception is big and looks nice staff were friendly.

The bungalow needs some work doing the floors were broken and uneven the doors were stiff to open and close. Bathrooms were clean but dated toilet seats broken and issues with hot water. The swimming pool was murky and the floor has an uneven matt on it

Apartment was really nice, staff were helpful and friendly plus there was spar store om premises so didn't have to go far for supplies

There was road works being done outside hotel bit noisy but out of hotel control

They did no have a fitness center as they claim, is is just a space rented to a external gym company.It would have been nice for the hotel to have a agreement with the gym in a way that hotel clients could pay directly to the hotel to have access to the gym

Everything, the staff are so nice and friendly. Our second time staying and will be back for sure.. Excellent location

We had 10 days here. Kids absolutely loved it especially the pool and even when the weather wasn't so good we had full access to the indoor pool. We were here for off season so thr pool bar was closed. The location was great between new town and old town. Nighttime entertainment was good fun for the kids

Indoor pool in very poor condition.Water was not in good condition.Lack of soundproofing in the accomodations.Hotel looked very dated.

The location was great easy access to the local shops and the hotel facilities was great especially our bungalow just what we wanted.

Hotels ok but our location was facing the roads the noise from the Roses very naughty noisy and overnight people were sitting outside to fall and three o'clock in the morning keeping us away residents of the hotel
