Rooms are outdated. Power outlets are missing so I had troubles to power up my CPAP machine

Lovely hotel spotlessly clean. Had a problem with the heating in our allotted room so informed reception and immediately our room was changed with no fuss ?? The continental breakfast had a great choice with some hot food choices. Great views from our room. It was such a shame the weather turned ?️ as we would have stayed longer but hopefully will return next year.

Great breakfest, lot of options to choose. Only bad thing, coffee machine wasn't really working at the time. Staff was super nice and i really liked how this hotel handled things, like, providing extra comforting things what other hotels in this price range doesn't (pool, relaxation area etc.)

You can hear everything going on in the reception perfectly in the room.

Hidden gem. Small hotel about a 10 minute walk to main promenade and beach. In a quiet residential area. Paulo and the staff made us feel right at home. Good breakfast.

Nice and cozy feel, not huge but certainly big enough.Views from balcony stunning.Pool, jacuzzi all spectacular.Breakfast inclusion was also great.Bar downstairs made even better as you are able to self-serve.

Additional costs for certain things like use of an iron seemed unnecessary. In all of my stays across low-cost accommodation to more higher-end I've never experienced being charged extra for such a thing. (Cost was small 1.50 euros but still felt a bit cheeky to me)

Lovely pool, reception was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was as wonderful

A bit pricey for what was offered WiFi was spotty

The hotel was very clean. Small hotel and very quiet. Staff were excellent.

Swimming pool was freezing. For people with mobility issues the hotel on top of very steep hill.

The breakfast was great, plenty of choices. The receptionist was very helpful and her english was amazing.

Convenient location within walking distance of the old town. Secure parking. Nice breakfast.

Would have been helpful to provide USB ports fir charging phones etc.

Beds were hard.

Great selection for breakfast. Rooms are a really good size and really clean. Outside pool area is really well kept and we loved the honesty bar. Short walk into old town, a bit of a hill but manageable. Staff were all super friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend!

Really friendly staff, spacious rooms, super comfy beds and great location. Breakfast was Also superb. Stay at many 5 star hotels which aren't as good.

We did not stay there after visiting in advance. It is isolated on a hill top and the entry drive is so steep it's terrifying. We stayed elsewhere.

The staff were very friendly, and the hotel was excellently maintained. The breakfast was also excellent

The only niggles we had was that the breakfast coffee was from a self service machine, which in our opinion never makes good coffee. We also thought that to say the hotel is city centre is not really correct , as it's a good ten minutes walk down hill to the old town, which means it's uphill all the way back.

Everything was clean and tidy, well organised, reasonably nice breakfast although could be a bit more variety of options

Furniture a bit more on a vintage looks ( not a modern look but has its own charm) overall clean which is more important and nothing bad to say about it

Just about everything from the comfortable rooms, to the stunning views, the facilities and the sumptuous breakfasts I don't think that much more could be done to improve the guest experience.

I couldn't find anything to criticise.

Location is very good, pet friendly, parking available. Very friendly receptionist and overall a good experience

This is the most relaxing place! The whole vibe is chilled. For Albufeira in the height of summer it was quiet, despite being fully occupied and there are always ample sun loungers available...there is no need to reserve or fight over them! The honesty bar is a great concept and provides everything you need. We had stayed previously in the heart of the old town and it was so noisy until the early hours of the morning. Here you're a short walk away but without any of the negatives.The room and bathroom were extra large which was treat after a series of tiny bathroom hotels we stayed in.

Nothing for us. For some the uphill walk back from the old town would be a challenge. But, it is very easy to hail an Uber at a cost of generally under 4 Euros.
