3HB Guarana - All Inclusive

The staff at the restaurant, bar and for the activities was very friendly and helpful. Thumb-up. It's defenitely a great hotel but only for families with small children who doesn't care about the noise.

For the less good part. The pool chairs are reserved since early in the morning. A lot of chairs are damaged on top of it. The place is overcrowded with screaming children, shouting adults and loud music. The whole pool areas are too small for all the people and by far too noisy.In the evening again an overcrowded bar with  long waiting queues to get a drink and not enough outdoor seating places. On top of it the animation is not very amusing, unless for children.The noise of the music goes on until late night and you can hear it in your room up to the 5th floor. Sports activities such as Yoga is a disaster. Sitting in the grass trying at least to relax a bit is not possible due to the noise level.We wanted to cancel the last night and were asked at the hotel reception to contact Booking through whom we made our reservation. We contacted Booking and got the response that the hotel did not accept a free of charge cancellation of one night. Only at 5 PM on the last day the reception called as that if we want to leave we can and get reimbursed for the night. A bit too late at 5 PM!All-in-one, a nice hotel with even not bad food and good all-inclusive drinks, but extremely overcrowded and noisy. Unfortunately nothing to spend some relaxed holidays in a couple.

Staff were very friendly and energetic. The entertainment show was very good. Food was decent, good options. Clean well maintained ambiance. Safe decent location to travel to and fro to diff tourist spots.

They could give more information of the restaurants open/close timings so as to decide better. We booked all inclusive and ended up spending money on restaurants outside as the hotel food options were limited on certain days.

Lots of screaming kids! I thought I had come when children were back at school and were allowed to run riot in the hotel. The only thing that would put me off booking again.. .… otherwise an amazing hotel. Beds were not comfortable either.

Very friendly and welcoming hotel, who was always making sure everything was ok during our 10 people booking! Amazing selection of food. beds comfy. showers were absolutely beautiful. Pool was stunning and loved the bar pool. entertainment was great and then we had archery , darts and bingo when it was raining. Slushies mixedd with a spirit was the best combination for drinks. Hotel Rep Victor gets a 5star! Overall, we had the best experience and absolutely loved our stay. We will be back! Obrigado. :)

I thought there would be toothpaste in rooms like most luxury hotels we stay with, but they had everything else we needed. The fridge wasn't keeping water cold. Evening entertainment is targeted at families and not young adults or couples, so we went into the main strip after pre-drinks at the bar. Froze in aircon the first night, as no blankets on bed, but also didnt realise throws* were left at the top of the wardrobe for us to use, might be worth leaving these on the edge of the bed for future guests.

The food! Delicious!!!

No music near the pool area is very odd. Also the tour we booked in lobby got messed up and we paid for transportation that we did not receive.

Lots of activities for kids and adults, loved the 8pm kids disco. Daughter enjoyed it a lot!

Could have more varied food selection. The Japanese was not good at all. Didn’t get any Indian style food at all. Rooms don’t have a proper duvet.. bed wasn’t very cosy

Cheap alcohol with option to upgrade to the point we left the hotel ( all inclusive ) to go local bar to get a decent drinkLittle barman quite rude thought he was a comedian but just rude.Entertainment was wowProbably the worst abba tribute band on earth to the point we were killed laughing.

Everything was very clean and well presented. The food was to a very good standard and the variety was excellent. Staff were all very helpful.

Nothing - it was a very well run and high quality hotel with excellent facilities.

Clean

No pillows. No bathrobe. Food was very poor and always cold. Couldn't order a simple bottle of wine (had to be given in plastic glasses even in bars).

Great allergy information during meal times, good food options, pool area was lovely, drinks options were great, pool towels included which was handy, decor in the lobby especially was gorgeous, friendly staff, close walk to a local beach.

Sunbeds were constantly reserved despite signs saying not to do this. This isn’t a fault of the hotel’s necessarily as I know this happens in many places but it’s something for future guests to be aware of. We went for an early breakfast one morning and came out and noticed most of the sunbeds were already reserved despite no one occupying them.

For 7 nights spend there our room floor wasn't clean once properly the bathroom was ever full off hair and horrible smell of urine.

What a great place. Food was great. Very much the same most nights but nonetheless still very good and definitely worth the money. Having two pools was a great addition and most importantly our daughters loved the hotel. There is a games arcade with pool tables, air hockey etc. (which you must pay for). There is a small library of free to access reading books as well as an indoor pool (only accessible to children in the afternoon I believe) and a spa. Our room was above the entertainment which would be my only negative comment. the music can go on till near midnight and people chatting and laughing till gone midnight but this didn't happen every night and I don't think this would have been a problem if we weren't directly above the entertainment/bar, even though we were on the 4th floor. Overall - I would definitely recommend.

Excellent, friendly, accommodating staff, they all really love their jobs. The hotel sorted some champagne for my wife’s birthday also which was a lovely touch.

The beds had coverings which were very noisy, one could hear every move! It was like a toddler’s mattress cover to protect against bed wetting.

Nice property , needs more elevators To keep with the full occupancy.

Bathroom’s shower control knobs too difficult to pull. Also bathroom exhaust system too weak to change bathroom atmosphere back to normal.

Breakfast was good. Standard stuff that you would expect.

The water temperature in the main pool was a little colder than expected. Didn’t seems to be a heated pool but once you got in it was fine. I had a reaction to the bedding as they may have washed them with bio detergent which I’m allergic to but the once I had spoken to the manager the next day they swiftly sorted it all out. The dinner restaurant was ok. The oriental was great though. You have to have the Sushi there.

Hotel is stunning. Rooms lovely,Staff amazing Kids entertainment was amazing. My 1yo found her dancing feet.

Food was samey samey. Think I only had hot breakfast 1 time: Pool beds taken very early

Great facilities for all ages. Also all inclusive was good value for money with a wide variety of good food and drink.

So many option and all the food was amazing, food any time the quality and quantity no place to fault. so many varieties, was amazing

I don't have no complains. truly everything was amazing. I saw teams all around the property always making sure everything was spotless, from the food to the rooms and all around.
