Beautiful grounds and plenty to do on the property.

We booked a Premier room but did not receive any of the premier amenities.

The hotel was on beautiful grounds. The view from our room with spectacular.

The Prestige apartment was excellent. Due to winter time the resort was very relaxed -- it is probably very different in spring and summer. Very good breakfast buffet.

Apartments were a bit noisy at times.

Perfect for family vacation. There is indoors hot water pool good on Nov.. Outdoor water it's cold but it's gonna be nice on summer . Many things to do for kids .

We enjoyed the stay. Pools were nice and clean and the food good. Staff were friendly. Well located close to the beach.

Location was great with lots of activities for children. Pools were super good and well maintained.Very friendly and helpful staff.

We reserved a sea view room but to me it looked more of a pool view, the sea was quite far away from our room.

Very family friendly resort. Great choice of pools for the kids and near to a great beach too.

The choice of restaurants in the resort is a bit limited.

The room was very comfortable and spacious, although the bathroom needed a serious renovation. There is a nice variety of pools, and the facilities don't feel crowded even in high season. There were nice shows for the children almost every evening.

The food in the Oliveira restaurant was of very poor quality and taste. The Palm restaurant was much better. The pool's water temperature is very cool, even when outside it was 30 degrees. Pillows were too puffy

Friendly staff and the hotel is very clean. We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool.

We’ve just returned from family holiday from Albufeira. We’ve stayed in Algagar Aparthotel. The hotel is fantastic, especially we’ve been surprised with size of the room and very well equipped kitchen for self catering. And it didn’t feel like hotel room, more like home ?. The only disappointed thing was weather, its been very windy, chilly and rainy. Glad we had such a fantastic accommodation?

Everything there was so much to love about the resort and at every beck and call there was a vibrant member of staff to cater to our every need and even my partner who is English felt more comfortable than even his own country that is how welcoming and warm this resort is!!

Only minor issues such as the pools being a touch too cold for me and my partner (it didn’t stop him) but we felt it could use a underwater heater to take off that icy touch of the water as once your inside you barley felt a thing

Good enough without any aspect of the hotel being outstanding; clean, comfortable and closed enough to a good beach. We went off-season so we were unable to enjoy many of the facilities (numerous outdoor pools) and most restaurants were closed therefore we had only one lunch/dinning option which was basically frozen pizza. The breakfast was also good enough with lots of options, but horrible coffee. I think what I liked the least, was that it is quite secluded so if you want to do something outside the hotel you would need to drive.

Good facilities, big room and terrace, gardens are beautiful. Nice pools. Friendly staff.

No shampoo provided. No cloth to wipe down surfaces. Asked for high floor and got ground floor . TV volume so low we couldn’t hear it. Left luggage room is left unlocked and you risk losing your belongings. It would be easy for it to be locked by the staff.

The apartment was spacious, clean, kitchen facilities and a large balcony. Large resort with lots of things to do when in season. Good restaurants on-site, close walk to the beach.

The cost is high in comparison to other hotels in Albufeira. You have to pay additional charges to use the sauna and steam rooms.

Five star massive resort with tons of amenties including pools/waterslides/heated indoor pool/ gym. Great buffet breakfast & very friendly & helpful staff. Extremely clean & sparking resort. Easy access to beach. Onsite mini mart.

Price of items at mini mart a tad pricey

Very nice apartment with fantastic view (we stayed at 5th floor) and good selection in breakfast buffey.

Only negative for us was that we have 2 teenagers with us and the pool table and pingpong was not working, and you need to pay extra to use entertainment stuff, also for the tennis court. And to use the Sauna, it cost extra and you need to book at the reception (it is not good enough to call from your room) pick up keys later in the reception before you enter the Sauna (and the reception is in other house) and return at the reception which was both time-consuming and uncomfortable (3 times at the reception to use the Sauna and 2 times in your rope). Anyway I hope the hotel finds a better solution for that and entertainment for kids and teenagers, because the hotel is very nice :)
