nice spacious apartment with good pool area. Staff were excellent. Location was great for both old town and the strip.

The location was perfect. It was close to the strip with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The beach was about a 15 min walk.

The apartment was very basic and in desperate need of a refurbishment. The beds were really uncomfortable, and the pillows were so lumpy and old. The wardrobes smelled really fusty and had about 5 coat hangers available. The bathroom had mould on the sealant of the bath, and the ceiling had yellow droplets when the bathroom got steamy. There was only one key to the room, and the gate to get out of the complex. There were also building works being carried out bang opposite the apartment, which was less noisy than expected. The pool area was never maintained either and was in need of a clean.

The location is very central not far to the strip

At the rear of the property there is a building site site which overlooks the pool and is active 6 days a week from 7am so very noisy.. so bad we moved which I will say the owners did reimburse for.. I would of preferred to ofKnown before arrival

facilities need updating but for the money you can’t complain

Location... friendly greeting... Apt had everything we needed .. only short walk to the strip. . Shops. Restaurants . Pool was ideal for us. Like being at your own private villa. Shower was perfect. WiFi... space. Two balconies. Restaurant bar where you can get a breakfast at your door. Loved our stay.

This apartment was perfect. 5 min walk to strip if even and wasn’t loud at all at night. Apartment was perfect space for 4 people. Staff were lovely and even allowed us book on an extra night very easily.

The only problem was got water in the shower. Second last day it went.

Nice & spacious clean apartment with a good size balcony & right by the pool. Nuno replied very quickly & was very helpful. Far enough away from The Strip to not be noisy.

The only thing is that the sun loungers were a wee bit broken and that they could do with being upgraded. They were still able to be used but could be better!

We had a fab stay at Oura Parque apartments. The host Nuno couldn't have been anymore accommodating. The apartments are about 5-6 minutes walk from the strip but quiet at night which was great. The only issues I would have are the sunloungers, which need to be replaced & a lot of ants. I personally think this was to do with so much grass, but the gardens are beautifully kept. The actual complex is spotless. We would ? return & I would bring ant powder/traps with me. Thanks Nuno for a fab stay, see you again soon ?

Sunloungers are very old and worn. There was a lot of ants around the pool due to so much grass so obviously couldn't be helped but we also had a lot of ants in the bathroom even though the place was immaculate.

Ideal location. Five mins from strip but didn't disturb sleep. Spacious apartment with large fridge freezer. Great air con. Great host who met us in middle of night as flight delayed

Apartments need generally updating along with sun loungers

Loved the location, security aspect was great, staff were exceptional would go over and above to help you.

Could do with a bit of modernisation. :- new showers, New safes,
